In some videos she was heard snoring.

Even if they "thought it was a game" at no point did they hear or see her give consent.
At least one of them has said the husband's consent was enough.

They knew and didn't care.

Even if it is a sex game, I believe in these things the terms are set very clearly, a meeting is organised and boundaries are agreed.

none of that happened. They made arrangements with the rapist husband. You don’t just find a woman unconscious and accept that her husband says it’s ok. Shame on them indeed! Bastards.

Of course they knew, but at least the husband said that yes he is a rapist, as are all those other men on trial. Let's hope for the maximum penalty for all concerned.

No I don't believe them for one second. And I find it utterly abhorrent that there were so many of these sick bastards involved. One or two would be bad enough but it utterly sickens me that there are so many men out there capable of this.

JFC, this has made me choked with anger and sadness. Men are utter, utter cunts. Not all of them, but a high enough percentage for me to never, ever take any one of them at face value. I’m so, so sorry for everything that happened to you 💐

Gisele is so brave and I utterly admire her dignity. How would you even begin to comprehend such betrayal from someone you’ve intimately shared a life with. It makes me feel sick to my stomach…there is absolutely no chance that the other men thought she consented. How disgusting to try and insult our intelligence by feigning ignorance!

This. It needs saying again and again.
This is what I find so hard to reconcile.
I have asked this question of my husband, my sons, my brothers: How can men justify harmful and de humanising treatment of other humans for the sake of an orgasm?
Mens orgasms aren’t even as good as women’s, and yet this abuse is everywhere and with endless permutations of horrors inflicted on innocent people in the name of a quick ( perverted) thrill.
The men always say they can’t explain it because they would never do anything like this. But so many of them do that I find it hard to accept no man can explain it to me?
The Gisele Pélicot case has totally shaken me and yes, she is extremely brave.
