I have a miniature one that I use to keep matches in to light the fire. Super wanky. 😂

I keep cat food in mine!

Keep my Le Creuset “on display” on the job even when it’s not being used 🤣🤣

I have a personalised car number plate, I get lip fillers, I love glitter and gold coloured stuff, I love Ugg boots 🤗

I've got one on my loft; it's large so I can't find the right spot for it, and it's got so much of the packaging it came with, I'm afraid I'll be finding it everywhere til kingdom come.

😂 I use all of my Christmas hampers for storage / decor! Fantastic way to fill a storage gap! I want a mini one for matches now too!!

I get my nails done, have Botox, love leggings, love Uggs, have a personalised number plate, DH is the classic mumsnet 6 figure husband daaarling, I probably decorate too early for the seasons etc etc.

I'm obviously actually quite a wanker 😂

Are the F&M hampers branded? Would a non fancy person recognise it?

I suppose I mean are yous using them because they are useful, or is it to show off. And no shade if it's just to show off!

I bought a box of matches at Fortnum and Mason for £££ (lovely packaging though) I may now need a F + M mini basket for matches as well now!

I wear a dry robe on the school run. It keeps me warm and dry though so...

When we viewed our house there was one of the wooden crate versions in pretty much every room. They left a couple and we threw them out into the (knackered old) stables. Didn't realise they actually sell on eBay but it's too late for them now 😄

Not sure I do anything wanky myself as we don't have the money to buy or do anything nice.

I do occasionally mention the fact we have a library which may make me sound like a boasty wanker.

Is f&m a southern thing?
Because I have no idea what arrives in these hampers but I absolutely want one now 😁

Is making charcuterie boards wanky? I do that when friends are coming over and it sounds wanky.

I haven't got F&M hamper but I do have their tomato ketchup, capers and asparagus piccalilli. I make a big fuss and dance in work when I have a trip to London planned and post photos of the store on Facebook. It's my bit of posh.

The real question is anyone with Fortnum and Mason wicker hamper NOT using it for decorative purposes?

TBH if a F&M hamper came with a cat I'd be in.

My cat came with an amazon box and flat pack so I have no idea how to put it together.

Do you have pretty versions of books? If I had a library I'd have these books 😍

I bought a load of discounted Harvey Nichols biscuits in the January sales and use the fancy tins to house cheap custard creams.

I use an old Fortnum and Mason hamper to store DCs toy musical instruments in, it’s not on display, it’s got a pile of other toys and teddies on top of it.
