Pottery. I love the Throwdown and it looks amazing. I've looked, and sadly there aren't any classes in my (very) rural area.

Mudlarking, but there are no new permits.

Candle making.

Drawing or painting. Or the piano. Or to knit or crochet properly.

I think I'd like to potter around with a dolls house or two.

I used to play in a brass band in high school. Often get a hankering to take it up again, especially at Christmas.

I used to make candles it's good fun and allows you to be creative.
You don't need any fancy equipment, a double boiler, a few moulds wax and wick .
There are additional things like scents , dye , mould stands and different types of wax but paraffin is the best one to start with.

I'd love to play the electric guitar.

Guitar. There's nothing really stopping me, I just don't have the time or mental capacity to take on anything else right now

Scuba diving. I'm 65 having a trial dive later this week.

Crochet or knitting

I've taught myself both before but the info won’t stick so as soon as I take a break from it I forget everything. Literally can’t even cast on. I so want to do it properly!

Carpentry. I'd love to be able to make furniture. But I'm incredibly clumsy and impatient, so not a great combination!

Crocheting. I just can't get started.

Geocaching but properly. I discovered it at the start of the summer holidays and I love it. But it's hard to keep up with two unders 5s ... my DD4 never wants to do it with me unless we are in a playground as well and while DS2 is more tolerant, it's just dragging him around with me spoils it a little bit. Some of my local caches are not kid friendly so i have to skip them. I want to pack up a lunchbox, hop on a bike and go gallivanting... maybe when my kids are older?

Calligrapy. Bought some pens and a book a few years ago, must dig them out.

Crocheting, my sil tried to teach me but I just couldn’t get the hang of it.

Running

Nothing to stop me giving any of them another go really.

For those who want to crochet. Keep at it, keep practicing! It’s so fulfilling.

Paddle boarding. I cannot get my balance at all no matter how calm the water.

Playing the piano. How I wish my parents had paid for me to have lessons.

Rock climbing. 🧗‍♀️ But I'm nearly 60 and have a short-legged, non-climber's build...

I climbed a bit when I was much younger, and I still love going up a ladder or scrambling up the fence onto the garage roof - that buzz of trusting to your body and your perceptions, and of being high up...

I'd like to sing. I've no idea if I can but it really appeals to me to sing in a choir.

And run. Crap knees mean I can't do this anymore, but I used to love running. I wish I could still run.

Stained glass. And I will once I find the right course!taking a taster session this Autumn.
