Amateur operatic society, especially a G&S society. I don't have enough time for the hobbies I already have though (knitting, crochet, spinning and playing in a wund band)! Besides, I'm a teacher and I don't think my voice could take it!

Can you make beeswax candles with added essential oils ? I'd like to do that.

Ooh yes. The Tango ! 😍 (I've needed crutches for years, sadly). I also wish I could Sing, but I can't hold a tune in a bucket. Ah, well. Candles, & doll house it is.

I did a taster session & found I was absolutely useless at it. Sobering but useful. Did the same with silversmithing.

Northern Soul dancing, but I fear my knees are too far gone. I've slowed down, even from the little bit I learned to do. If only I'd made it to Wigan Casino when I was a youngster.

I would really love to learn how to make shoes. Unfortunately, home cobbling isn't well served by evening classes, etc.

For would-be crocheters: try Bella Coco videos or look for a class at your local yarn shop. And practice lots without bothering about making anything in particular - just get some cheap or leftover yarn & do the same stitch over & over until it's second nature.

Beekeeper here. Yes, you can add essential oils to beeswax and make candles. I do this. I don't use dyes or synthetic fragrances. Just wax and essential oils.

@RainbowZebraWarrior , I agree I have used bees wax and essential oils too , with some good results .

Thank you - we've got a lovely pottery fairly close by but I know the potter must be around 80 now (my parents generation) and I'm not sure he still 'pots'.

Singing. I took some classes in the past but life got in a way. A dream of mine is to sing my own version of a favorite song AND also film my own music video for it. I'm polishing my video editing skills via Clipify, so at least some steps are being taken 😂
