What is something you will never do, or have done and will never do again.

For me it’s banana boating.

I went on it once, and the strap I was holding snapped. I went flying off after one rough wave. Even though I was wearing a life jacket, it still scared the shit out of me and I refused to get back on it. I ended up going in the boat instead. My dad was pissed off with me cos he thought I was exaggerating. So he took my spot. I took great pleasure in seeing him go flying. He never apologised though

Skiing - got an ACL tear the last time I skied
camping - need home comforts and want to relax on holiday
clubbing - hate loud music
climbing - just don’t have upper body strength
sky diving - scared of heights
bungee jumping - scared of heights
roller coasters - don’t enjoy them anymore, just feel sick thinking of them

Backpack across the world

A big rollercoaster.

Went on one early this summer because DS8 needed company. I used to be ok with them but it was pure torture.

I think my starting price for doing it again would be around $1m.

This one is random but I have never and will never watch Strictly Come Dancing 🤣

I'm never going to center parcs again. Unless it's something like an extended family hol and someone else wants to pay for everyone or insists for a big birthday or something (pretty sure this will never happen anyway).

Swimming in Loch Ness. The water had a deathly cold grip, and there was zero visibility underwater. Horrible. I've never had a panic attack when swimming before or since, but I did that day.

I have never been to Alton Towers, and have no desire to go there or to any other similar place.

Skiing. Just no. My body is not designed for that sort of shenanigans.

Drinking tequila slammers. Never doing that again as long as I live!

Oh another one

Cheap 'Indian' take aways. I am sure the cuisine is lovely and varied if you go to the right place - and I love strong flavours- but I just can't bear the oily stinky slop that usually arrives.

I will never go camping in a tent. Once took the kids on a camping holiday in a tent and it was a sodding misery.

Diving, caving, potholing. Basically, anything where I can't get out in the open air quickly.

Though I'd bloody love to skydive or bungee jump.

Crazy golf - I'd rather scratch out my own eyeballs.

• Having any kind of pet with an area that needs 'cleaning out' - horse, rabbit, hamster etc.
• Working out of the home every day - max I'm willing to do is half office, half home.
• Living anywhere not coastal. If it's more than a 3 minute drive to the beach, it's too far.

Visit Blackpool/Morecambe/Benidorm again
Dye my hair black
Attend massive arena type concert or festival
Spend money on expensive skin creams
Willingly go to Scotland
Watch or read anything to do with World War II

Mountain-anything. I got scared half to death trying to navigate one of Blencathra's razor like peaks. Horrible.

Swim out of my depth. I've tried so hard but it scares me to death. Always imagined swimming with dolphins but can't go beyond 1.4m so think my chances are slim 😅

Go underground. Cresswell Crags almost had me in tears 😅

Rollercoasters I do love however. Despite a fear of heights. I think the key to that one is, I went lots as a teen, as a twenty something then had kids and took them. Never actually stopped going on them. Oblivion and the Smiler I can't get enough of! The waltzers make me 🤮 though.

I might have to make my random one Ikea as I think the only person to have never been 😅

Anything that involves jumping off something high.

I know I'm never going to be in the position to need to do it but do a space walk ... I'm watching Foundation at the moment and they're hurling themselves around between spaceships, it makes me squeak 😂

Water skiing. I've no idea how people keep the skis parallel and I don't believe people can stand on water. Which is I know daft, as I've managed to ski on snow and got up on a wakeboard once so each part of that is possible but together....nope.

Second the sky diving and bungee jumping. Also ecstasy, I was a teenager when Leah Betts died and it was very much talked about (rightly) in schools at the time.

Commuting and working in an office. Never, never again

DH used to go paragliding. I couldn't even bear to go and watch him.
Smoke a cigarette. Never have, never will. (I have tried snuff, however - once)

Go on a holiday where I share a bathroom with anyone other than Dh or Dd

Turn a cartwheel .. would if I could but that ship has sailed
