I think I'd rather be reincarnated as a cat. Mine has a pretty cushy life - I could do 20 years of that and be quite happy

I am a woman & if I was able to have the choice of how I’d come back in my next life I’d like to come back as a man. I am a straight female, however would just be really interested to see life from a males perspective & how much it differs from being a woman in all aspects of life. Failing that I’d like to come back as a cat so I can just sleep on someone sofa all day! 🤣

Oh a man 100% no periods, no endometriosis trashing my life, minimal hormone ranges and I can't imagine feeling safe. Would be bliss.

Man for sure. Higher salary, no pressure to shave entire self, no periods, not having to wear a bra, automatically respected and listened to, can probably reach things from higher supermarket shelves, head rests and lumbar support on chairs are in the right place.

How is this even a question? A man, obviously - after being a woman it would be like playing on Easy mode.

Not that men have it easy, just that they have it easier than a woman in the same position.

The physical and hormonal stuff alone would be like being on holiday. That’s before I consider all the socialisation stuff!

I would come back as a man just to see what all the fuss is about 🤣🤣 but ideally I would love to be a muxh loved ginger cat, with no health problems. Just lots of fuss and my favourite foods

So far not many takers on reincarnation as a woman. On the other hand, there are so many miserable men in this world, don’t you think? Incels and the like. I wonder if men would answer they would like to be reborn as a woman? (transwomen aside).

Men don't seem to have decent friendships from what I've observed in my life so I'd like to come back as a woman.

Not a bad idea. I'd consider it... but I'm also tempted to plump for coming back as a giraffe. I'm rather on the short side in this life, so being able to see over fences would be rather good for a change I think.

A man, just because of being able to travel solo much more easily and safely (not suggesting it is entirely easy or safe - but I remember reading Patrick Leigh Fermor’s A Time of Gifts and thinking that I just never would be able/allowed/would get away with that style of travel).

I’m also astonished. I’d hate to be a man. I imagine it would feel very second rate. Easier in many ways I’m sure but it wouldn’t make up for not being female ❤️

Giving birth was the most amazing thing I have done. I can't believe we are not worshipped, adored and generally hailed as goddesses.
But honestly some of the other decades as a woman have been very long and discouraging.
I hate the fact that I might say man or cat. I want to say to my girls, choose woman, choose woman every time because things are only getting better and we are amazing.
We are amazing but I'd probably pick man so I could go to Arts events late at night and not worry, funded by my higher salary, not exhausted because the army of women around me are multi tasking away the irritations of day to day living.

The idea of being a man makes me feel sick. I don’t know why, I’m just frightened of what it must feel like behind a man’s eyes. Even though women are oppressed I secretly feel we’re the better sex so I wouldn’t want to downgrade.
