Do you remember your past lives?

I remember two of mine.

I was just in a yoga class and a man there was telling me that he remembers all of his past lives.

I think it's so so interesting!

I don't feel I was there but I have a feeling of a memory of being in a life, where the story of what happened to him was passed down to me, by people who were there.

And the feeling of what happened was so horrible, because it was such an injustice.

He had been so good to them and tried to help them, and they turned on him

This made me lol

I've not shared this experience with anyone before. People would think I was bonkers.

I don't think any religion considers Mary to be a deity. You seem to know very little about your apparently former self.

Mine is very cliche and sounds unbelievable but it is true. When I was little, I used to dream about a house, a specific house but it was somewhere I’d never been. When I was a teen I went on holiday to visit relatives who live abroad ( never been before) and we were driving around and I saw the house from my dream. I asked about it and the relative told me it was an old asylum.

I was Spartacus.

Actually premonition dreams are more my thing.

His story being passed down to you - might you have been at a religious service at any point of your life?

Never heard of Mary, Jesus, crucifixion?!

I don't know much. Just that the Catholic church seems to put Mary above Jesus and I just know that's wrong. Mary had no power to heal. She has no power to heal.

I don't mean like that.

I feel i have a memory of sitting in a group of people in another life, and someone was telling me about what happened.

But it wasn't like as a religious thing.

It was just people commenting on what had happened at that time and place

what an interesting thread, I find past lives fascinating even though I don't remember any in my waking moments the most vivid dream I've ever had and always remembered where others have faded in my mind this one never has. it was of my death I was publicly executed for defending a child for stealing. no idea what time period it was but I was very poor in the dream I was beheaded and can remember the sheer terror I felt moments before. that dream played on my mind for ages afterwards. I was a teenager when I dreamt about this but in the dream I was a grown woman.

My flashback isn't a religious experience. I'm not religious. It was a spiritual experience and has had a profound effect on me.

@Joystir59 I think you need to inform yourself about Roman Catholicism and the role of Mary. Seriously.

In India I noticed people were more bothered about Mother Mary than Jesus Christ - referenced her more.

That's different. The official RC church would not recognise this. In some cultures Mary replaced female deities, but putting her "above Jesus" (sic) is not official RC doctrine.

When I was about 14 I was walking along a road when it suddenly felt very familiar to me and I felt / saw myself walking down the road but wearing Victorian clothing. I felt like a flashback and that that I’d just had a glimpse into a past life. I’ve also had a recurring dream all through my childhood/adulthood where I’m in a dimly lit room with an open fire hugging a plump woman who was dressed in Victorian clothing/apron.

This is just one life of many, in my opinion

A lot of women on there say that they have children, who say that they died in the 9/11 attacks

Sometimes Mary is called upon as a co-redeemer with Jesus. In my flashback experience I feel righteous anger or anguish about that, and stifled because I was only human even though I was chosen to bear a Holy child.

I find reincarnation and past life fascinating. I would recommend reading the book Journey of souls by Michael Newton, if you haven't already.
