I love these threads and haven't seen one for a while.

I haven't been eating much or very well these last few weeks as the hot weather curbs my appetite so I am hoping to get so inspiration from others and come September I am starting anew with healthy eating .

Four rich tea biscuits dunked in coffee (2 sugars).

Another coffee.

Two slices of toast (uncut loaf), thick lurpac butter, liberal sprinkle of salt.

Pint of water.

Six pink marshmallows.

Pint of lemonade.

I’ve had:
B - 2 slices of toast, coffee
snack - coffee, pain au raisin
L - chicken soup with a slice of cheese on toast
snack - tea and biscuits
D - steak with potatoes and veg tray bake

Need to start making healthier choices !

Homemade tomato soup,Tesco olive bread and butter (2 slices) for lunch.

Cheese omlette with green salad and dressing, an apple and a massive slice of home made chocolate and cherry cake for tea.

Feel like I’ve eaten EVERYTHING today! So maybe writing it down will help me assess.

Brown bread and peanut butter.
2 decaf coffees with oat milk, 1 tea.
half a pack of kallo lentil rice cake things.
hotel chocolat hot choc in the cafe with lashings of whipped cream… another tea
McDs - McPlant meal on way home.

So not amazing but could be worse too. Still feel like eating! Maybe I should eat some fruit or veg since I’ve had none…normally I’m on it with 5 a day.

Too much today, but my excuse is it's Sunday and I'm off work next week.
2 x coffee with oat milk
2 x sourdough slices of toast with peanut butter and marmite
Some chips at our local annual scarecrow festival!
Spaghetti Bolognese.
Water and a can of coke zero
Now having some red wine and might have some crisps and dip as I feel snacky.
Will try and have a salad or some fruit/vegetables tomorrow!

I’m on a bit of a diet to lose my last few pounds.

meal replacement shake (own brand slim fast) made with almond milk and with added psyllium husk.
two tomatoes with a sprinkling of salt.
four sticks of celery with more salt.
another shake as above.
homemade salmon, potato and broccoli cakes x2 with a watercress, tomato and avocado salad
an apple

Prawn and mayo sandwich.

Jacket potato with cheese and beans.
Home made rice pudding with strawberry jam.

2x slices of toasted fruit loaf with jam and spread.

Roast beef, mash, roasties, yorkshire puddings, steamed veg and gravy. Then a generous helping of apple pie and custard.

A coca cola flavoured callipo.

Will definitely eat more before bed....

I bought a Tesco meal deal at 10am.

I had the innocent smoothie & apples& strawberries tub for breakfast

Had the tuna sweetcorn sandwich for lunch

Had a packet of wotsits about 3pm

For dinner I had a KFC rice&salad box.

And I just had a clementine.

Also had 2 cups of tea.

This is actually a very healthy day for me compared to my usual Blush

I never have breakfast.

Lunch: tomato and marmite toasted sandwich.

Mid afternoon: two cream crackers with peanut butter on and an Options hot chocolate.

Evening: home made chicken, noodle and vegetable stir fry plus two tiny (supermarket) spring rolls.

Two cups of tea, one cup of coffee, two glasses of water, one glass of lime cordial.

I normally have a KitKat Chunky every day but don't feel like it today.

Two sausages left over from yesterday’s bbq in a bun with ketchup.
Two stem ginger cookies.
A mini babybel light.
Bits of halloumi, brisket and chicken also left over from yesterday with potatoes, salad, coleslaw and another roll.
Two macarons.
Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries with a bit of cream.
