What do you call the TV remote in your house?

Some people have hilarious names for the telly remote

In our house it was the Zapper or the Button Presser

My nan called it the Wobbler

In my friends house it was the Bipper

Ours is just "the remote" but my dearly departed grandad used to call it a "didgeridoo"

Fatty ( the fat controller). The dvd remote is called Thiny because it is thinner.

My parents called it the Kajal stick. No idea why!

We call it the remote now but when the kids were little it was the "mowcon"...short for Mowcon trowl
