Bloody disgusting.
Unless you're two and don't know any better, there is no excuse. Adults doing this is plain lazy and inconsiderate behaviour.

Don't be so melodramatic 🤣

TooBigForMyBoots · 10/08/2024 21:19

Yes. It wont make a difference, the sea is full of sealife sex juice anyway.

Summertimer · 11/08/2024 00:01

No unless you are washing and drying your costume every night. Eeew to transporting it back wee’d on from beach/pool.

Clafoutie · 11/08/2024 00:01

Bohomovies · 10/08/2024 18:10

Of course! And a poo if I’m desperate.

That is absolutely revolting. Urine is mostly sterile, but not feces. I can’t believe you’re so casual about this.

OonaStubbs · 11/08/2024 00:51

Fish poo in the sea and there's loads of them in there. Not to mention whales and other aquatic mammals.

You're sharing it with rotting corpses. I don't think a drop of piss is going to matter.

SnowFrogJelly · 11/08/2024 01:15

Of course

SnowFrogJelly · 11/08/2024 01:15

Never poo though eww

NoNameisGoodEnough · 11/08/2024 01:38

Just keep your face natural when you do it. Don't pull the 'I'm having a wee' face.

Singleandproud · 11/08/2024 01:42

Were animals it's fine. Obviously while swimming and out a bit, I wouldn't be impressed if someone just squatted or urinated from the shore where it's not got time to dilute.

Bohomovies · 10/08/2024 18:10

I hope you’re joking.

If you’re serious, you’re an appalling person.

MermaidMummy06 · 11/08/2024 01:47

Wee in the sea, no problem. There's so much of it from sea creatures, boats, storm drains etc. it won't matter. Poo, no.

When DD recently told me her friend's mum told her to just wee in the local public pool because she cba taking her to the loo, I told her that's why we don't swim there..... ( believe it as this mum is super flakey).

Of course you wash your costume every night! It's all salty and sandy!

peerie · 10/08/2024 18:13

Haha, do you think all the fish are crossing their legs?

Legs? legs? Surely it's their fins?

andfinallyhereweare · 11/08/2024 02:38

Why did the lobster blush?

becasue the seaweed…

I can’t be the only one who though that? 😂

CorvusPurpureus · 11/08/2024 02:45

I wouldn't poo in the sea because I'd rather do it in a toilet with a shatafa.

If you're grossed out by the idea of taking a crap in the sea, but you'd happily shit in a toilet, wipe your bum with a tissue, & go about your business without washing your nethers properly, with water, after a poo...

...then quite a lot of people, if they knew about it, would think you're a weapon's grade minger for not bideting your bum.

The fish won't care (except they probably like poo crumbs).

Probably best not to over think it, & just make sure your own bits are as clean as you'd normally like.

Musicaltheatremum · 10/08/2024 18:13

I have walked miles to beaches before...no alternative but to use the sea. Urine is sterile most of the time and the ocean is quite large.

Urine is NOT sterile. That's some sort of bizarre urban myth.

SD1978 · 11/08/2024 03:27

@ouch321- genuine question- when out at a beach all day, with no toilets around, where to you propose to pee?

WonderingWanda · 11/08/2024 03:43

I cannot wee in the sea....even if desperate. My bladder gets some sort of stage fright.

Bjorkdidit · 11/08/2024 05:48

Whereas I can't not wee in the sea when I'm in it. If I'm swimming, snorkelling or diving, it makes me want to go even more, which I think is a normal reaction. Which kind of makes things difficult when I'm in a drysuit and a couple of times I've nearly gone and thankfully remembered in time.

@HangingOver it's usually the case that anyone who's worn a wetsuit but says they've never had a wee in it is lying.

But thanks to @Hiddenmnetter for doing the maths to illustrate how it doesn't matter if people do wee in the sea because, as well as the sea not actually being that clean anyway due to all the fish poo, the massive volume means any added human urine is basically diluted to nothing.

simmertime · 11/08/2024 05:53

Weeing yes, but not through clothing.

Mamma1982 · 11/08/2024 06:05

No never it's disgusting. Just go find a toilet. This is also why our beaches are full of litter. People are too lazy to put it in the bin or take their rubbish home with them.

Bjorkdidit · 11/08/2024 06:08

Plenty of people who wee in the sea will never drop litter, it's not the same at all.

AlarminglyAwful · 11/08/2024 06:15

A wee in the sea is fine. Although I still think it’s polite to sort of pretend that isn’t the reason you’ve gone in the sea 😂

Having worked in swimming pools (and done a pool plant qualification), there is literally no point in not pissing in the pool. Every other fucker is.

Ponkpinkpink15 · 11/08/2024 06:41

Bohomovies · 10/08/2024 18:10

@Bohomovies

that's disgusting & unacceptable.
