In the sea, absolutely! A word of warning, though: if you don't hoick your costume to the side, it will still smell faintly of wee afterwards. Make sure you wash it afterwards, rather than just rinsing it!

I was once in a desperate situation, & needed to poo (background would take too long to explain).

I swam a long way from shore (Turkey) dropped bikini bottom & went.
I was immediately surrounded by vast numbers of fish eating my leftovers.

your wee is like 0.2L, maybe 0.5 if you’re busting. If EVRERYONE in the whole world did a wee in the ocean simultaneously, it would add around 0.0000002% to the volume of the ocean. In fact at the rate of evaporation of the ocean, this would account for less than 1 seconds evaporation of the volume of the ocean.
