A colleague of mine got told to ‘go back where you came from’ by a customer today. She’s a British woman with Pakistani heritage. It was on the phone and I doubt he’d have been so fucking ‘brave’ in person.

As the PP said, we agreed at work that the racist bastard had been emboldened by other racist bastards and their dog-whistling, racist, political leaders.

She’s not ok which is the worst part. Never in her 8 years of living here (and working and paying higher rate tax) has she experienced anything like this.

How fucking dare they do this? But the worst part is they were children. Honestly I’d post the photo of them but I’m sure I’ll be banned immediately but one of them must have been in primary school.

I was walking home from work today and heard a black man on the phone. He was telling someone that a racist man had come in to the shop and refused to be served by him because he was black. WTF is wrong with people?

It's terrifying, isn't it? My DIL has a similar heritage and I know she would want to leave the country if she was treated like that. I know Starmer said hew was going to punish the thugs but the sentences so far have been shockingly low. Hitting a police officer in the face during a riot and trying to set fire to a police vehicle should have warranted much higher sentences, never mind the other sentences.

It makes me sadder when things like this are done by younger generations and we’re supposed to be getting better as a society.

Unfortunately, many of these young kids don’t have good role models and so see these far right thugs and copy them.

I hope they get caught and are made to do some sort of punishment which will make them reflect on their behaviour in the future.

💐💐 A bunch for your friend and one for you. For a start what the hell is a 17 year old or even any teenager doing hangin about with 10 year olds.
My DD takes my DGS to a few play sessions ect and she told me that none of the Muslim families were there. They’re probably too terrified to come out. It’s absolutely heartbreaking. They’re all over the age of criminal responsibility so they are all liable to be charged. Spitting in itself is classed as assault

Agree. I'm doing my best in Facebook groups but I will also stand up to them in person if I see or hear anything. Makes my blood boil.

It's not just filtering through to teens after recent events. This is how many act generally, whether in the street or at school nowadays. Consequences are too few and parents don't seem to care.
