Crocs… are they worth the hype?!

It’s my birthday soon and I am thinking of asking for some classic crocs! I’ve heard good things about them - I know they used to be considered very ugly but they seem hugely popular now! I could do with some comfy slip on shoes. Are they comfy? Worth the hype?

I have crocs as my garden shoes and they're very comfy and practical. I have worn them accidentally on a short walk around our estate as well and they hold up well as casual shoes.

But my god they are so unattractive. I would never deliberately leave the house in them and it's always the first thing I notice if other people are wearing them. I wouldn't mock them or not associate with them or anything, but I do always notice how awful they look.

I love mine (real ones). They're grey so not beautiful but I've given up caring (and I'm big into fashion!). They're so comfortable!

Hate them! I found that my feet just slipped about in them and they were really uncomfortable.

Not for me!

Likewise. I've repeatedly tried different ones on, as they would be really useful since I spend a lot of time in the garden, but they just don't fit at all.

I've got some because of foot and heel pain. I'm wearing them around the house at the mo.

I feel like that about birkenstocks. Each to their own.

I feel like that about both of these...just how vile are they.

Next level vile is to wear either with socks!

Soz to all lovers of these...
Free speech an' all that 😇🤣🤷🏼‍♀️

DS bought me some fleece lined ones for Christmas and OMG they’re the most comfortable thing I’ve ever put on my feet 🥰. I didn’t take them off all of Christmas Day! I’d secretly have preferred non-fleece lined ones as I’ll want to wear them in summer but I guess I’ll just have to get another pair. I saw some advertised the other day which were a Bluey grey and named ‘puddle’ or something like them at which would be very suitable for me a a Labrador owner 😂. That said, they wipe clean really easily so colour doesn’t matter so much. I’m also unashamedly team Crocs n socks!

The most comfortable thing I've worn. I was always against them but game changer for comfort. Real ones only though.
I don't care what they look like

They really are the most comfortable shoes ever however I only wear them around home , putting the bins out , feeding the birds , little jobs .

After much deliberation I got some last year, just to travel abroad in as my feet get hot on planes. They were a lifesaver - I got bitten and my foot swelled up that much they were the only thing that fitted. I love mine, they're a lovely pale blue colour.

Yes, I had to wear mine when I went over on my foot and it swelled up at the top, it was the only shoes that fitted which were comfortable and I wore them for work and everywhere for a couple of weeks, I was so glad I had them as I wouldn't have wanted to wear something like flip flops.
