What advert just gets on your nerves?

Old one now but the Werthers Originals one where the old lady reminisces about her first visit to a caramel shop. WTF is a caramel shop? That isn't a thing.

Those Nationwide ones with the "poetry". Make me harbour murderous fantasies.

It's the Graze ads where she argues with the back of her head! My DH and I can't get to the remote quick enough to press the "mute" button! 🤣

Any bloody perfume advert, but that “Daisy, Daisy, Daisy, Daisy” one in particular makes me feel stabby!

Oh yes, I think they are trying to create a craze but it is just sooooo annoying.

• The woman with all the facial moles that sniffs her children and says 'click click' about a washing detergent
• The Usain Bolt one (I think its also washing detergent) where the beginning of it sounds like he says 'I'm disabled!' I haven't seen that particular one for a few weeks, so maybe it had complaints?
• The graze one where she talks to the back of her head.

The car one with Nina Sosanya saying "who says you can't do X, who says you can never do Y" to which I have to say NO ONE, NO ONE EVER SAID THAT after each question because it's just the cheapest shittest annoying advert ever. No one has ever in the history of man ever asked such stupid questions and to base an entire advert around such imbecilic twaddle is just moronic.

the one with a second mouth on his forehead - I can't even remember what it's advertising - maybe that's the same as the Graze one. But it's creepy.

And the one with the weather forecasters talking about the 'flow forecasts'. I just end up with really unpleasant mental imagery that I don't want. It's not that I think periods should be hidden away, but I still not really want to know the details!

The one where the person reads out the email they are typing to their workplace to say they won't be coming in as they're going on holiday but they add more and sound insufferably smug

I came on to moan about the fairy washing up liquid adverts because I hate that nappied little bugger. Also those grim children in the kinder toy adverts, and that family who think sharing a box of toffee covered chocolate equates to a perfect family life, like stuff it does.

But reading though the earlier posts I realise that I hate everyone of the adverts mentioned, sorry advertising executive people, I am sure you are proud of your work but adverts I hate just go on my list of Never Buy This Products.

And those sheet sniffing people in bed in a park? WTF?

The radio ad with David Tennant for the bank, can't remember its name (so a shit ad in that sense). Overplayed on LBC for sure and I'm not at all a fan of his, so hearing his voice in my kitchen is unwelcome.

The YouTube adverts that interrupt my workout in the middle of an exercise and last for a full 3 minutes, repeating the same boring shit over and over. And if you press Skip, they are guaranteed to come on again 5 minutes later.

Is Hello Fresh worth it? Absolutely!

I cannot bear to hear that feckin woman say those words!

Most adverts are infantile bullshit and annoy the crap out of me. We record 90% of the stuff we want to watch so we can FF through the ads with cartoon images and people speaking to us as if we are 3 year olds.

Time was a lot of the adverts were better than the programs. Not now.

Any ones that show children and an immaculately white sitting room. I have to keep telling myself it’s not real!!
