Amazon Prime Day - what are you buying?

I love a bargain and regularly wait for Prime Day in order to see if something that's been in my Amazon basket for a while, drops in price. What are you buying this Prime Day week?

I think they've stopped the Echo Spot on the UK site in favour of the Echo Show

The Echo Spot is on the UK site, they just haven't discounted it yet. I have a Show in the Kitchen and like it, but the sound is better with the Spot and it's a smaller footprint.

You don't have to buy crap. I buy boring household stuff that I definitely do need, when it's a decent bargain.

A Kindle. Mine finally gave up the ghost last week after eight years.

I'm hoping for a good deal on the fire tablets, a couple of Christmas' ago they had the fire 7 for £30 which is a perfect size to chuck in my bag and read on the go. However they're currently showing at £65 which I refuse to pay!

Could do with a new saucepan and frying pan but nothing I really need. Pretty sure it'll be my last Prime Day so really want to buy something, here for inspiration!

A handheld cordless hoover that will actually hoover my stairs, a fire screen and I'm hoping some of my books in my list will be on offer too

Just got an echo show with charging base in the early access sale. And a ring doorbell with a free pop.

Does this fill the room with steam?
Would it de crease a denim shirt? I hardly iron but feel it would be handy sometimes.

Nope, a good dose of concentrated steam and it deals with heavily creased cotton well.

@HighOnMaiden does a hand held steamer mean you don’t need to get the ironing board out for when you pull out a t shirt and just need to get the creases out of one item ?

I’ve had a look through my wishlist and a new air fryer I want is ‘reduced’ but it was £20 cheaper awhile ago.

Just bought a rice steamer, down 40% 😃

I usually get cleaning stuff like dishwasher tablets and wipes but going to miss this one as on holiday and won’t be home for delivery. I usually also look on hotukdeals to check out the bargains

We buy toys for our son's birthday and Christmas if they are discounted on Prime Day

So far in my basket:

A Karcher horizontal pressure washer
A garden table
Paint sprayer

And will be looking for a garden parasol. And see if my regular dishwasher tabs are on sale too.

Particularly chuffed about the power washer.

An air fryer. Ours is old and falling apart! My OH is keen on a bigger one with baskets you can use separately. I don’t know if that’s even a thing!

Lots of Ninja products on sale. My sister got the portable blender she wanted reduced to £35 from £50

Another one who is giving it a rest and considering cancelling prime. Amazon is flooded with resellers or cheap knock off temu/Ali Baba shit now and it's hard to find anything that doesn't break in moments. Their refund policy is through the floor now (why do they want me to send back a manky broken pond pump and charge me postage to do so?)

Considering a new Firestick as they're down to £22.99 in the sale and our one downstairs is very old and slow now. Only holding off as I'm not sure whether it's our very old tv that's the problem (12 years old) or whether it's the Firestick itself.

Bought an Amazon fire 8 for £64 for my son. Lots of long journeys coming up so I’ve been hoping to get one discovered for a while.

Seeing what other toddler toys they have good deals on so feel free to share if you come across any great bargains.
