That was a tough watch.
The one thing in it that brightened my mood though was seeing Baroness Hale. I had a black shirt with the glittery spider on it that I wore to the protests at Parliament and outside Downing Street at the time of proroguing. It seems so long ago now, and such a different world.
I’ve been.lurking and occasionally posting on these threads and their precursors since before those days (under various long forgotten names) and I just wanted to say thank you to you all for keeping the light on in dark times.
There’s a knot in my stomach the size and consistency of a very tough neep. I hope you everyone manages to breath tomorrow and that we can all breathe a bit easier from Friday morning.
