Overnight oats with coconut yoghurt raspberries and chai seeds

9 biscuits
1 packet of squares
1 packet of quavers
1 flapjack

2 chicken fajitas

half a packet of haribo fizzys
handful of m and ms
handful of milkyway stars
handful of nuts

Not entirely sure why I’m posting. But I’m stuck in this cycle atm of starting each day with good intentions. But then totally screwing it up!

How can I snap out of this awful diet?!

Looks like you are planning ahead for healthy breakfast. Can you do the same for lunch and dinner too? Prep a fresh vegetable soup, some crudites and humous or a protein-based salad like Nicoise or Greek.

Can you take some infused water to work - add mint, berries or sliced citrus fruit. Drink a large glass of it before you eat any sweets and see if it stops you craving so many of them. I find I often eat sugar and salt when I'm actually just thirsty.

How overweight are you? The reason I ask is because I started Mounjaro and I haven't wanted to eat anything sweet or drink any alcohol for that matter since. that urge to binge just goes and in fact so does that food noise which means you're thinking about what to happen and when to have it all the time. If you have quite a bit to lose then it really is worth it.

Yesss, love a food list!! My day was:

Oatbran with greek yogurt, frozen berries, walnuts, almonds, flax and pumpkin seeds.

Corn tortillas X2 with homemade coleslaw and oven baked chipotle tuna steaks inside, with steamed greens. A dried medjool date and a homemade cocoa oatbran muffin.

Tea was grassfed beef chipolatas with salad, more leftover homemade coleslaw and two homemade cheese scones (3 ingredient scones, ie wholewheat flour, milk and grated cheddar). . Plus another cocoa oat muffin.

I'm aiming for no/low UPF so today's been pretty good, only the tortillas and sausages were upf I think, maybe the flour in the scones too.

Sorry, I misread your OP. I think willpower is so hard. Myfitnesspal helps me, plus not even allowing/buying crap because if it's in the house I'll eat it all... Hope tomorrow is better for you 💕💪

I’m 5’4” 9.5st and have a low bmi due to being active. It’s not really a weight issue… although I could do with losing half a stone.

I’m worried if I carry on like this then the weight will creep up as I’m now 40

I find a crap day, or being tired, or starting my period has a big impact on my diet.

Today I started my period = crap eating day. But it’s been like this for a few days now 🙈

yes, I do try to plan ahead. I have overnight oats every day at 11am… First meal of the day. Pre made salad from work at 1pm… which I didn’t fancy today so ate crisps and biscuits instead, which are added to my packed lunch and are there for the kids I work with too so no getting away from them 🙈

I pre plan healthy dinners. It’s just the snacking!! 🙈

Crap food day today

Chicken, tomato and basil pasta salad from Co-op, plain Hula Hoops (giant ones), small bag of peanut M&Ms, 3 millionaire's shortbread bites

2 small tuna mayo rolls, crisps

Feeling bloated and am very trumpy this evening

Boiled egg with mayo
2 Rosemary thins with cheddar
Bread and butter

Another egg.

Healthy and small portion of salmon salad with homemade potato salad (my high point!)

Random bowl of leftover tuna mayo
More Rosemary thins with Brie ans cheddar
Nearly a whole sharing pack of jalapeno peanuts

Water
2 cups Darjeeling tea
Lots of herbal tea
Decaff coffee

I also ran 5 miles, walked for 40 minutes and played cricket for an hour and a half.

So overall I'm not beating myself up too much

@oObyeOo I always find the build up to period really crap food wise. Did you say you are 40? Could it be peri? I'm a similar age to you and am being tested for peri I have lots of symptoms. I also have an underactive thyroid.

I'm 5 foot, 14.6 stone and a size 20-22.
