Overnight oats with coconut yoghurt raspberries and chai seeds
9 biscuits
1 packet of squares
1 packet of quavers
1 flapjack
2 chicken fajitas
half a packet of haribo fizzys
handful of m and ms
handful of milkyway stars
handful of nuts
Not entirely sure why I’m posting. But I’m stuck in this cycle atm of starting each day with good intentions. But then totally screwing it up!
How can I snap out of this awful diet?!
