Overnight oats with coconut yoghurt raspberries and chai seeds

9 biscuits
1 packet of squares
1 packet of quavers
1 flapjack

2 chicken fajitas

half a packet of haribo fizzys
handful of m and ms
handful of milkyway stars
handful of nuts

Not entirely sure why I’m posting. But I’m stuck in this cycle atm of starting each day with good intentions. But then totally screwing it up!

How can I snap out of this awful diet?!

A cup of coffee and three hundred cups of tea

A peach

Baked potato with tuna and crème fraîche
Salad of mixed leaves, pepper, and tomatoes
An apple

300 more cups of decaffeinated tea

Salmon steak with teriyaki sauce, rice and loads of stirfry vegetables
Glass of white wine

About to sit down with DS13 to watch Life on Mars (old school) with a cup of decaffeinated coffee and a square of dark chocolate, which I will absolutely savour.

DH and I off for cocktails and dinner at the Sky Garden Tomorrow night. I hope the menu will look nowhere near as virtuous today!

Until a few months ago I was eating crisps for breakfast and processed crap throughout the day (although I’ve never had a sweet tooth). I’ve worked really hard to sort it out. Today was:

Greek yogurt with oats and honey
Banana

Mushroom omelette with slice of brown toast

Handful of peanuts and cashews

Wholewheat noodles with veg and prawns

I honestly feel like a new woman. I’m struggling with the wine though…my favourite!

Eggs and bacon for brunch, apple at about 4, roasted cauli with chickpeas and some other random veg that was lurking in the fridge drawer with spices and a lemony yoghurt for dinner.

I have been out all day so eaten out twice!

8 boneless wings at Wingstop (half hawaiian and half garlic parmesan)

I feel like I’ve had Christmas dinner an hour ago. Stuffed!

Lunch French bread and butter, salad with mozzarella balls, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, lettuce, olives and avocado
Snack Wagon Wheel, pumpkin seeds
Dinner Lasagna
Drinks tea coffee peppermint tea water

Well I meal prepped chia seed pudding for breakfast, but couldn't face eating it at breakfast time!

B 2 large cups of tea and a thick slice of toast with butter and jam, a banana.
Snack a couple of mint humbugs
L chia seed pudding and a pear
Snack a scoop of chocolate ice cream
Snack carrot and pepper sticks
D thai red chicken curry packed out with veg and rice, a dairy milk chocolate bar
Supper (because the breastfeeding hunger hit!) Dark choc chip pancakes (I made the pancakes with oat flour, so in my head they're healthy) An apple and a bowl of granola

I made a double portion of the pancakes, so I have some in the cupboard ready for breakfast 😋

This is surprisingly relatable for a mumsnet food thread!

B/f: Greek yoghurt, strawberries and raspberries and too much coffee
Snack: homemade banana flapjack and more coffee
Lunch: baguette and peanut butter and a latte
Snack: two bourbon biscuits
Dinner: margarita pizza and olives
Then a hot chocolate

Could probably do with some more fruit and veg in there really and a bit less sweet stuff. Otherwise it would be fairly ok except it isnt going to help me lose the baby weight. It's hard with sleep deprivation!

I had dark chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast made with oat flour, mashed banana, eggs, milk and cinnamon
Lunch was chicken salad sandwich, carrot sticks and then a pear
Snack was 6 squares of a family sized bar of milkybar an apple and a handful of granola
3 werthers originals in the car
Buckwheat flour galette with camembert, poached pears, egg and honey, a glass of white wine and a scoop of ice cream and chocolate sauce for dessert
Camomile tea before bed
