Overnight oats with coconut yoghurt raspberries and chai seeds

9 biscuits
1 packet of squares
1 packet of quavers
1 flapjack

2 chicken fajitas

half a packet of haribo fizzys
handful of m and ms
handful of milkyway stars
handful of nuts

Not entirely sure why I’m posting. But I’m stuck in this cycle atm of starting each day with good intentions. But then totally screwing it up!

How can I snap out of this awful diet?!

B: Protein yoghurt with blueberries & cherries

L: Sweet potato with cheese

Snacks: 2 oranges, 1 apple, 1 banana
1 small bag of sweet/salty popcorn; couple spoonfuls of peanut butter

D: omelette with spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and little bit of cheese

A sort of potato pilaf thing with garlic yoghurt, a lamb chop and salad

Protein shake with spinach, milled seeds, greek yogurt and blueberries.

3 egg omelette with cheese, beans and 1 slice buttered toast.

Leftover chicken and chickpea curry with oven chips.

3 bourbon biscuits, plenty of tea and water.

A good day for me after many, many bad ones.

Today I didn’t eat until lunch which was scrambled eggs and smoked salmon with some avocado.

dinner was bbq’d lamb and chicken, green salad and some halloumi.

I’d usually have some nuts or a piece of fruit at about 4ish but I didn’t fancy anything today, lunch was quite substantial.

That’s it for me today, It’s my norm to eat sensibly when I’m not on my period!
Last week was much less focussed, I was on my period and ate chocolate probably every day and definitely had more snacky lunches than proper meals.

Breakfast - porridge with banana and peanut butter

Snack - 2 biscuits

Lunch - ham and chutney sandwich, pack of baked crisps

Protein shake before netball

Tea - pizza

Bloody awful day!

Good brekkie then it went downhill a bit. V busy day at work and didn't prep well for it.
B: greek yogurt, seeds, stewed rhubarb - my favourite breakfast 💝
L: all of the hula hoops in my desk drawer, about 5 packets I think
5pm snack (meetings all finished so able to leave my desk): cucumber, Brazil nuts, dark chocolate coated ginger, 1 wholemeal pitta toasted, a large amount of hoummous.
D: mindful chef meal. Shredded duck leg with honey hoisin egg noodles. Sugar snap peas, cucumber soaked in apple cider vinegar, and spring onions.
20g dark chocolate.
A bucket load of tea (I take sugar in my tea), not enough water.

A normal day is pretty similar, it would be minus the crisps, the bucket load of tea and the 5pm snack would've been lunch. I'm 4 stone overweight, peri, brisk dog walk or 2 daily.

I’m a similar age, weight and height to you, could also do with losing a little. Today was an average day I guess.

breadsticks and hummus at 11
scrambled eggs on a baguette with some tomatoes at 1
slice of cake
4 chocolates
chicken Kiev, carrots, beans and a couple of baby potatoes
nectarine

I did 10k steps plus an hour at the gym so fairly pleased with activity levels but I probably ate too many carbs.

L: chicken and quinoa salad with oilce
oil dressing
two cups of coffee and water
Dinner: roasted veg potatoes and halloumi and tomato salsa. Big glass red wine.

Could do with eating breakfast & more fruit.
