Overnight oats with coconut yoghurt raspberries and chai seeds

9 biscuits
1 packet of squares
1 packet of quavers
1 flapjack

2 chicken fajitas

half a packet of haribo fizzys
handful of m and ms
handful of milkyway stars
handful of nuts

Not entirely sure why I’m posting. But I’m stuck in this cycle atm of starting each day with good intentions. But then totally screwing it up!

How can I snap out of this awful diet?!

Chicken soup with bread, a few chocolate biscuits with couple of my cups of tea, some plain greek yoghurt and a packet of crisps. Not super great but I'm recovering from flu at the moment which has badly affected my sense of taste/smell so just getting anything in for me is better then nothing I think, after not really eating for about 3/4 days.

Oh OP I love you! This is so like me! I'm also not overweight but I eat so much crap. And I'm extreme - veering from the super healthy to the crazy. I have no self control and eat for boredom/reward/comfort etc

Today I had

Greek yoghurt with flaxseed, chia, apple, blueberry and goji berries

5 choc biscuits

Salad of leaves, avocado, cucumber, tomato, tofu, hummus.

2 slices of cheese on toast

Most of a pack of chocolate raisins

Tuna pasta bake and veg

Half a pack of honey roast nuts!

I really need to rein it in!

Greek yoghurt with granola - breakfast
Belvita breakfast biscuits - mid morning at work
cheese and bean wrap, lentil crisps, Pret cookie - lunch
Gnocci with chorizo, tomato, spinach and cream cheese sauce - dinner
Slice of carrot cake - after dinner

Mine wasn't great

Breakfast - porridge with banana and peanut butter

Snack - 2 choc biscuits

Lunch - ham and cheese toastie, bag of french fries, mini moser roth chocolate bar

Tea - lasagne and salad, cornetto

Yesss, love a food list!! My day was:

Oatbran with greek yogurt, frozen berries, walnuts, almonds, flax and pumpkin seeds.

Corn tortillas X2 with homemade coleslaw and oven baked chipotle tuna steaks inside, with steamed greens. A dried medjool date and a homemade cocoa oatbran muffin.

Tea was grassfed beef chipolatas with salad, more leftover homemade coleslaw and two homemade cheese scones (3 ingredient scones, ie wholewheat flour, milk and grated cheddar). . Plus another cocoa oat muffin.

I'm aiming for no/low UPF so today's been pretty good, only the tortillas and sausages were upf I think, maybe the flour in the scones too.

As if! 🤣

I don't know if you've purposely posted this in order to get reassuring responses but I think you know there's nothing wrong with what you've eaten there, besides it being nowhere near enough quantity wise

I guess yesterday now (insomniac) no breakfast, lunch was a cheese, tomato and chutney sandwich. Dinner Halloumi and red pepper brioche buns and sweet potato wedges.

@EnglishBluebell it's because it was mainly bread. I think I missed out one slice. Bread crisps and cake was the bulk of it.
Avocado was a really little one and tomatoes were just a few baby plums.
Crisps were a third of a family pack.
Should've put portions in the first place to show how bad it was Grin

I'd say at that weight you don't need to lose weight but you could feel SO MUCH BETTER if you fuelled better.

I wouldn't normally have a chocolate bar on a random weekday but walked to the shop with the kids and really fancied it. Also ran 3km this morning so feel I burnt at least some of those extra calories off!

Homemade poke bowl 'salmon,sushi rice,pepper,avo and endaname beans.1 tangerine

Tried so hard to resist another slice of sourdough toast after an evening game off tennis but felt peckish and couldn't resist...this is my downfall!!

Today hasn't been so bad for me really

B: belvita biscuits and 2 teas
L: BLT sandwich, carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, 3 squares of milkybar
Snack: almond milk cappuccino and a dairy milk
D: Teriyaki beef rice dish with veggies, a banana
Snack: 2 rice cakes and peanut butter

I've prepped chia seed pudding for breakfast tomorrow, which I'll blend in the morning because I don't like the frogspawn texture!

2 days ago...
Breakfast was chocolate chip pancakes, lunch was a sausage sandwich, dinner was chicken curry with rice. In between I ate 2 big bowls of granola with milk, 4 babybels, a share sized bar of galaxy, a freddo, 6 chocolate covered rice cakes, an apple, a banana, a pear, a packet of sugarsnap peas (for health!) and a whole tub of those m and s mini chocolate crispy bite things!

I'm breastfeeding and I think little one has been having a growth spurt because I had about 4 days in a row where nothing filled me up! That day was probably the worst. I'd hate to think of the calorie count for the day!

Not a great day but I’m really tired and couldn’t be bothered to cook plus DH is away and DS is out so just me.
