PG Tips or Earl Grey for me and a ginger nut 'cause when it mixes with tea it has perfect chewiness.

Scottish blend and a fox's cream I love the ginger one.

MrsWidgerysLodger · 30/04/2024 20:48

Strong Yorkshire tea. Agree with the choice of ginger although I can be tempted by a good custard cream also.

GameOfJones · 30/04/2024 20:48

Yorkshire tea and all butter shortbread. But no dunking!

Orangepawprints · 30/04/2024 20:48

Yorkshire tea and gluten free choc biscuit

lissie123 · 30/04/2024 20:49

English Breakfast and shortbread biscuit (maybe dipped in chocolate)

wonderingwhatsnext · 30/04/2024 20:49

Twinings every day and a jam and cream. Perfection.

ArcticBells · 30/04/2024 20:49

Earl Grey & shortbread.

I'll probably get slated for it Grin

Lorelaigilmore88 · 30/04/2024 20:50

Earl Grey and choc covered hob nob! Or all butter shortbread :)

mrsfollowill · 30/04/2024 20:50

Yorkshire Gold well brewed and M&S shortbread with dark chocolate chips. I don't dunk.

ColonelRhubarbBikini · 30/04/2024 20:50

Yorkshire for life! Will accept others and I have been known to enjoy a Clipper organic or a Twinings Assam but my heart belongs to Yorkshire.

Biscuits I have phases on. Currently in a McVities fruit shortcake state of mind. Previously shortbread. I’ve been through most.

I’m a tea monogamist but a biscuit slut Grin

Purple89 · 30/04/2024 20:50

Oo great post OP!

Yorkshire Tea for me. Biscuit wise, I'm not too choosy but a chocolate hobnob is divine.

Alwaysalwayscold · 30/04/2024 20:50

Yorkshire tea and chocolate digestives

Huldrafolk · 30/04/2024 20:51

Barry’s and Lemon Puffs.

hazeydays14 · 30/04/2024 20:52

Fairly flexible with my choice of tea, currently have Yorkshire tea
I bloody love a chocolate coated malted milk and have recently discovered malted milk creams (like custard creams) and my goodness they are amazing in a cuppa

NeedANewPhone1 · 30/04/2024 20:52

Yorkshire and Rich Tea

Omg. I'm dying a little of embarrassment. My brain completely died. I meant Yorkshire, not PG Tips 😂😂 maybe an early night is due.

Ifailed · 30/04/2024 20:54

Don't eat biscuits. Sainsbury's Extra Strong Red Label Tea, brewed for at least 5 minutes.

Aaron95 · 30/04/2024 20:54

Tetley and a chocolate digestive. Dip if you dare.

johntorodesfatcheeks · 30/04/2024 20:55

Current fave is Yorkshire gold quickly brewed with skimmed milk and mcvities digestives
also like twinings everyday again not brewed for too long with a tiny splash of skimmed milk and ginger snaps / m & s chocolate chip cookies

cannot abide semi skimmed or whole milk in tea.
also have to have a decent sized bone china mug

Ladyprehensile · 30/04/2024 20:55

Clipper tea and an Oatie biscuit.

OR
**
Knightsbridge Gold teabags from Lidl.
Gives a really good brew.
(I’ve just discovered Knightsbridge Gold)

TigerDroveAgain · 30/04/2024 20:57

can't abide normal tea so for me its rooibos with a Viennese whirl

muddyford · 30/04/2024 20:57

Sainsbury's Red Label or Yorkshire tea. Plain chocolate digestive, shortbread, any of a gadzillion other biscuits!

RomeoRivers · 30/04/2024 20:58
