PG Tips or Earl Grey for me and a ginger nut 'cause when it mixes with tea it has perfect chewiness.

Barry’s and Lemon Puffs.

I'll see your Barry's and raise you...
Lyon's Green Label and Chocolate Fingers 😉

AllProperTeaIsTheft · 30/04/2024 20:59

Loose leaf Assam with semi-skimmed milk. All-butter shortbread or a milk chocolate digestive.

HereComesEverybody · 30/04/2024 21:02

Barry's tea, medium brew, low fat milk not too much. Mikado biscuits 😋

RichardOsmansfondueset · 30/04/2024 21:03

Yorkshire Tea with semi skimmed in a big mug with Foxes Ginger crunch creams, no dunking as don't like crumbs in me brew!

Rockfordpeach · 30/04/2024 21:03

I gave up milk last year and hate all milk alternatives so after much experimenting, I've settled on clipper green tea. I love a white chocolate chip cookie, fresh from the supermarket bakery is especially lovely

BobbinThreadbare123 · 30/04/2024 21:03

Lancashire Tea and Hobnobs! The very emperor of dunkers!

RabbitsRock · 30/04/2024 21:03

Recently discovered Yorkshire Gold. I really miss chocolate covered Rich Tea which were great for dunking. Partial to a hobnob or even better a chocolate one.

Hepherlous · 30/04/2024 21:05

Decaf earl grey and a custard cream. The M&S ones dipped in chocolate if I'm feeling fancy

istolethetalisker · 30/04/2024 21:05

Earl Grey and a dark chocolate dipped ginger biscuit

Yorkshire for life! Will accept others and I have been known to enjoy a Clipper organic or a Twinings Assam but my heart belongs to Yorkshire.

Biscuits I have phases on. Currently in a McVities fruit shortcake state of mind. Previously shortbread. I’ve been through most.

I’m a tea monogamist but a biscuit slut Grin

There are certain biscuits I could easily eat 10 of without blinking provided I had sufficient tea. Fruit shortcakes are in that category and now I really want some. Alas unavailable in my country although I do willingly pay an eye watering amount for dark chocolate digestives.

mdinbc · 30/04/2024 21:06

Rooibos with a tiny sugar, no milk. And just about any biscuit (cookie here). DH has taken up baking, so we usually have some oatmeal/coconut or some chocolate chip cookies in the freezer.

Cookerhood · 30/04/2024 21:09

Aldi Gold or Waitrose Gold. Used to like m&s Gold but they are too weak now. Shortbread or digestive.

RubyGemStone · 30/04/2024 21:09

Yorkshire Gold (although recently discovered their bedtime version which is very nice and decaf too)

Will eat all most biscuits but in order of preference:
Chocolate Digestive
Nice biscuit
M&S Biscuit Curl
Ginger
Custard Cream

mitogoshi · 30/04/2024 21:18

Alas has to be caffeine free. Earl grey redbush is my favourite if I can find it. Homemade chocolate chip cookies are my favourite biscuit

BeretRaspberry · 30/04/2024 21:19

I used to think Yorkshire was the best but I much prefer Ringtons now. And either homemade shortbread or M&S shortbread.

Though I mostly drink decaf coffee.

Kalevala · 30/04/2024 21:21

Strong black coffee and a chocolate bourbon.
If it has to be tea then nettle and a ginger nut.

WishesPromised · 30/04/2024 21:29

Clipper Everyday and a Fig Roll.

Chickydoo · 30/04/2024 21:40

Twinings Green Tea and a florentine

GameOfJones · 30/04/2024 20:48

Yorkshire tea and all butter shortbread. But no dunking!

upinclouds · 30/04/2024 21:42

Yorkshire tea...and I don't buy biscuits but if I was going to treat myself I'd go for chocolate malted milk 😋

Moonshine5 · 30/04/2024 21:42
