PG Tips or Earl Grey for me and a ginger nut 'cause when it mixes with tea it has perfect chewiness.

English breakfast tea with milk or black with lemon. Lemon grass and ginger tea after 4:30pm.

Biscuit - ginger nut or shortbread dunked so not under any circumstances chewy

Miles' loose leaf tea, made weak with whole milk. Lincoln biscuits, if I can find them.
I don't like teabag tea much and I think it stains teeth far more than tea made in a pot.
I saw someone dunking a scone with cream and jam in their tea a couple of weeks ago. Eeeeww...

Yorkshire and a plain chocolate digestive straight from the freezer so the chocolate snaps when bitten.

Occasionally if I have fruit cake it stands a small dunking too.
