Just out of curiosity

I'm currently trying to lose my postpartum weight... would absolutely devour a croissant but I've had:
-black caffetiere coffee

  • 0% fat Greek yoghurt with blueberries & strawberries

I found SW the best way to lose the baby weight but today I’ve had princess pancakes, fruit and Colin the caterpillar cake as it’s my daughters birthday 👏🏻

I don't like a sweet brekkie, always savoury. Usually an omelette with lots of veg but today I had a thin protein bagel, with a smidge of butter, a smidge of mustard on the butter, topped with a slice of ham and scrambled eggs.

Just had some Onken yogurt. Nearly had porridge but the yoghurt won. I usually have a walnut and Brazil nut too but I've run out

Just a cup of tea at breakfast time then at my tea break I usually have a slice of granary toast with a slice of turkey on it and cherry tomatoes chopped on top.

Overnight oats with a chopped apple, a few mixed nuts, a few sultanas and a bit of agave syrup. I used oat milk. Warmed it up before serving as it's a cool morning here.

I never eat breakfast unless I'm on holiday...somehow it just hits differently when you're away and I do love a breakfast buffet!

I’m having a coffee and I’ve had had two apples for breakfast. I’m very lazy so doing a meal deal diet from the Co-op. Costa, snack pack of two pink ladies and a sweet potato falafel and grains salad for lunch.

£3.50 / 650 calories protein and veg for dinner. BMI is 26.9 down from 29!

I do intermittent fasting so I don't eat until about 11.30. I usually have oats, seeds, raisins, Greek yoghurt and blueberries.
It was hard at first but now I feel stuffed and sick if I eat first thing. I know I should eat nothing in the morning with IF but I do have a Nespresso latte because I love it!

I'm pregnant, so today it was freshly baked sourdough with honey and a cup of tea. Most mornings it's muesli with milk, fresh fruit and extra nuts. When not pregnant I usually just have two or three cups of tea and don't bother with actual breakfast.
