Just out of curiosity

I'm currently trying to lose my postpartum weight... would absolutely devour a croissant but I've had:
-black caffetiere coffee

  • 0% fat Greek yoghurt with blueberries & strawberries

0% fat greek yoghurt with some pineapple, mango and papaya with a sprinkling of muesli for crunch.

I am hoping to be able to get some New York Blueberry bagels later so I can have one tomorrow as a weekend breakfast treat.

Tried a Blueberry & Granola yogurt pot from Aldi this morning and it was far too sweet. I usually have their protein yogurt version but they didn't have it so went for this.
I have a very sweet tooth but this was too sweet for this time of day.

A freshly brewed coffee with whole milk and a large cup of Yorkshire tea.

I don't eat breakfast. For lunch, I usually have a poached egg and 1 slice of thick cut smoked bacon on wholemeal roll. Maybe a satsuma if I need something sweet afterwards and then nothing until dinner. I've lost 2st 3lbs doing this.

I'm on my second large black coffee before work. I don't tend to have breakfast, and not sure what lunch will be yet. Might grab a Greek salad from Tesco!

Avocado (lovely ripe one!) crumbled up cheddar, poached egg and a knob of butter with mucho black pepper. Stewed apple. Lots of tea.

I make my own bread so it lasts for days and makes great toast

Black coffee, then I weighed myself and realised I'm down to my pre-covid weight, so I had a bagel with Nutella to celebrate.

The Nutella (actually a fake vegan alternative) was only in the house because DS is staying, so I'll get back on the healthy eating again once he's left tomorrow
