If you are 5ft 3, how much do you weigh and how do you feel about it?

I've lost a couple of stone over the last year - I was a bit overweight at 11st 7 and am now 9st 7. I was a size 12-14, still a size 10-12 which I'm kind of disappointed about. Some days I still feel really chubby, other days I feel great. Which is normal, I suppose, taking into account time of the month and what my diet has been like. My next plan is to start exercising properly and tone up a bit.

5ft 3, age 45 and 15 stone 4lbs.

I look like a fucking weeble and I'm fucking miserable.

In between children I got back to my target weight of 9 stone. Youngest DC is 13 & I got back to about 9st 7 after having them. It's just crept on over the years and now everything hurts.

We've got a family wedding coming up next year and I absolutely refuse to be this unhealthy in the photos. Noom and SW principles it is, with no deviations. I can't carry on like this.

I can’t either at 5ft 3 and 14 stone. It’s just so hard to lose.

Last time I weighed myself I was 10st 12lb. I'm size 12 bottom, 14 top. I've got to be honest I don't give two shits about my weight - I eat nutritiously, I walk daily, go to the gym a couple of times a week, and I can climb a mountain no bother.

At my age I'm more concerned with strength/heart health/not getting out of breath going up a hill.

@Icecoldtulip it's really hard. But I do need to make more effort.

I’m 5’3 on a good hair day, I weigh 13 stone 5lb, and I’m a size 14. I’m not sure how I feel about myself to be honest. I know I’m obese, I know my mum tum is revolting, I know I eat too much (especially ‘bad’ food, I have no dress sense and I really should sort my weight and looks out. On the flip side, I know I am strong, my body is amazing (I made two humans at once), I’m confident, and I love myself (saggy bits and all). I’m not fussed about looking sexy to attract men, and I’m not competing with how other women look in general, and most importantly I want my kids (particularly my daughter) to see a human being with flaws and a normalish body not a mama who’s constantly dieting and miserable.
