What's your favourite filthy food?

I'm feeling shite with a chest infection, DH is away for work, so I fancy some easy, dirty comfort food. I'm thinking chicken Super Noodles sandwiched between two slices of heavily buttered white bread. Stodgy, hot and delicious. Any other suggestions?

A plate of homemade chips with a side of apple crumble and steaming custard.

Chips and that thick black tar like gravy from the Chinese takeaway.

When I was small and ill my Mum made me Weetabix with lots of butter on top, sprinkled with sugar, and hot milk poured around the side ( not on top)

mmmmm I can taste it now.

Two runny fried eggs swimming in garlic and chilli butter, served over white pasta and peas, covered in cheese 😍

Followed by Rice Krispies in melted dairy milk or uncooked/ straight out of the oven flapjack/ cookies covered in more dairy milk with ice cream.

Egg in a cup. Egg mashed with lots of butter, salt and pepper, I’m a cup, very important, and toast.

Pasta with melted cheese or, a recent resurrection, egg in a cup. Hard boiled egg, mashed in a cup with butter and salt. Amazing.

Fishfinger sandwich , rocket and tartare sauce served with some sweet potato fries

Mash potato topped with BBQ beans and a sprinkling of grated cheddar. So stodgy but so lovely.

Kebab in pitta with chilli sauce. Last had one 6 months ago when I had a cold and DH was stunned. I ate it all too 😊

White bread, apricot jam, crispy streaky bacon, Brie, then in the microwave to melt the cheese.
Alternatively, brioche, apricot jam, crispy bacon and cream cheese, not microwaved!
Sooooo goooood!

I love a Fray Bentos Pie.

Especially the 'snotty' bit under the crispy top. Yummy :)

Sausage bap with a spoon or two of beans on the sausages

Reminds me of my childhood! Just May have to make it.

I had toasted English muffins with butter, crunchy peanut butter and sliced banana earlier and that hit the spot!

This but with chips instead if bread. OR sausage egg and beans for dinner !

Bistro gravy with Nando's sauce in, over chips 😃

Vinigar and ketchup sandwich

Cheap white bread used to make a bacon and fried egg sandwich, with butter and ketchup.

Turkey dinosaurs, chips and beans with cheese.

I had this in a diner in the US it was amazing

Double sausage - egg McMuffin with 2 hash browns.

Crispy bacon with white bread, one side of the bread coated in chocolate spread, in a sandwich. It's delicious, heart attack inducing and oh so wrong.

I agree. Except for the lady who mentioned peas!!
