I seen one of these threads the other day and was surprisingly really interested & nosy 🧐

I'll start:

Porridge with 4 strawberries
Strawberry flavoured protein milk
Spicy chicken curry noodles
1 strawberry
Chocolate flavoured protein pouch

B - yoghurt with walnuts and strawberries, plus a latte

L - hummus on toast, raspberries

D - tomato soup and a cheese toastie

S - trying to lay off the midweek snacking and alcohol so will just have a glass of kombucha after dinner

2 crumpets for breakfast then a can of Heinz bolognese for tea.

I definitely eat less (and more crap) when my depression / anxiety flares up. I just feel physically sick when I eat and it has to be soft foods that take minimal effort to prep or eat.

I'm hoping my medication change helps and I'm back to a more level head soon.

I'm unwell so that's my excuse for the below...

1.5 bowls of Rice Krispies with whole milk and honey

Half a blueberry and lemon blondie, a handful of Tesco cheeselet things and a mouthful of fancy sourdough pizza.

Tuna with peppers, capers, spinach on toast.

Pistachio handful shelled and unshelled, 2 dates, hunk of gruyere - bored snacking while wfh.

Endless cups of tea.

Probably prawn strirfy for tea.

Home made beef and veg pie but with bought puff pastry on top
Bit of mash.
5yr old daughter and I near demolished a vanilla-custard tear-n-share brioche

L - Half a BLT sandwich
D- Mozzarella, tomato and basil salad
Roasted veg and cauliflower rice with 2 baby bel
Few choc peanuts and raisins
2 small glasses rose wine

B - Half a bowl of porridge with Skyr Yogurt and raspberries (half because I only had one sachet left and want some tomorrow too - not because I’m saintly!)

L - 2 Ryvita with Feta cheese, Tangerine and Strawberries.

D - Shepherds Pie and Salad.

B - smoothie (banana, apple juice, yogurt, raspberry, strawberry, spinach).

L - 3 ryvita and houmous, small tin baked beans and a poached egg.

S - chilli rice crackers.

D - salad bowl with brown rice, raw cabbage and carrot, cucumber, falafel, houmous, olives, pickled chili.

Two mini eggs.

Writing for accountability because I had a crap day. I’m eating my feelings at the moment and it’s making me put on weight.

B - porridge with pb and blueberries.
L - humous, crackers, apple, bit of rhubarb jam.
S - gf brownie.
D - prawn stir fry and brown rice.
S - four gf biscuits.
S - packet of gf pretzels.
S - whole bunch of grapes.
S - packet of quinoa crisps.

Not a good look.

Breakfast: skimmed milk latte, porridge with almond butter, grapefruit.
Lunch: 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cucumber in sticks, turmeric sauerkraut, boiled egg, apple, redbush tea.
Afternoon: natural kefir with tsp cacao powder and some almonds.
Dinner: baked haddock, brocolli, courgette, parmesan and a tiny portion of the wholewheat pasta with pesto that I made for DH.

Half a small avocado and poached eggs on toast. Small cheese salad sandwich. Chicken, veg and potatoes. Small chocolate doughnut. Banana and strawberry in some Greek yoghurt.

l - Oreo milkshake from shake away
d - crispy hoisin lamb, spring onions, wraps and rice with the leftover lamb from yesterday.
snacks….
drumstick squashies, can of cherry coke, a toffee crisp.
feeling a bit shit today as I’m done on next week, felt a bit sorry for myself.
