I seen one of these threads the other day and was surprisingly really interested & nosy 🧐

I'll start:

Porridge with 4 strawberries
Strawberry flavoured protein milk
Spicy chicken curry noodles
1 strawberry
Chocolate flavoured protein pouch

Three cups of coffee
Two glasses of iced coffee
Halloumi pasta (was supposed to be salt and pepper Halloumi pasta box but it was literally battered Halloumi slices, pasta and mayo. Was grim)

May have just realised why I am so hungry and tired! My diet is shocking.

Two fried eggs and two homemade American-style pancakes with a bit of maple syrup. A coffee

A banana and some cashew nuts. A mug of tomato soup and the crusts off my daughter's cheese sandwich.

Chicken in a blue-cheese cream sauce with some veg and a couple of potatoes.

Grapes and herbal tea.

Another latte mid-morning

Cheese and onion sandwich, packet of crisps and an orange juice for lunch.

Dinner is mixed bean fajitas.

Drinks: water, loads of tea, orange juice

Breakfast: 2x Weetabix with about a tablespoon of honey.

Snack: a square bar (bloody sucker for those!)

Lunch: Tuna ‘mayo’ (using the tiniest bit of mayo as I don’t really like it) and vinegar on toast.

Snack: cup of tea with sugar in (wasn’t very hungry)

Tea (will be): Teryaki salmon bites on white rice with baked asparagus tips.

Today

Fruit and fibre cereal

Salad with feta and walnuts

Tuna steak with boiled potatoes, corn on the cob and green beans.
Followed by melon amd cup of tea

Later I will have greek yogurt with Berries and honey

Kefir natural yogurt with dried goji berries

Salad - cous cous, spinach kale, carrots, peppers, cucumber, tomatoes

Just about to have one made chicken fajitas with big oven chips

Not overweight but have high cholesterol so trying to be better

Greek yogurt and frozen blueberries for breks. I mix it up and eat it while the fruit is still frozen, it makes a kind of ice cream.

Stilton and sesame seed ryvita for lunch.

Mushroom broccoli and chicken fettuccini for dins followed by 2 squares of 95% chocolate.

Snacks, 2 satsumas, banana, 2 pears.

Drinks are coffee with skimmed milk, green tea and lemon and ginger tea.

1500 cals and I'm losing a steady 1.5 lbs a week 😁

2 pieces of M&S robust rye bread with smooth peanut butter and banana cut up. A apple on the side.

Leftover chicken in a wrap with salad and a small packet of salted pretzels.

2 shortbread fingers

Some berries and dark chocolate.

For dinner, I'm having a little pizza.

Evening snack is always a protein yogurt with fruit.

Not a very healthy day

Cheese and chutney sandwich for breakfast

Jacket potato and cheese
Salt and vinegar squares
A chunk of Tony's Chocolonely
Some lentil and fish curry.

I usually eat a lot more fruit and veg!

3 (Blush) chocolate glazed donuts from Lidl

Breakfast: 1 orange, natural kefir with almonds and granola, black coffee
Lunch: salad with cucumber, tomato, apple, pine nuts, cheese, olive oil, ACV.
Snack: Small Graze cherry bakewell flapjack
Dinner (DH currently making): wholewheat pasta with tomato/lentil/red pepper/brocolli sauce, small glass red wine

BLT made on a granary roll.
Small piece of easter egg and 2 mini eggs.
Loads of decaf coffee and water to drink.

The pie is a Scotch pie which I think is mutton topped with beans and potato instead of a crust. There is no cheese in it.
