I seen one of these threads the other day and was surprisingly really interested & nosy 🧐

I'll start:

Porridge with 4 strawberries
Strawberry flavoured protein milk
Spicy chicken curry noodles
1 strawberry
Chocolate flavoured protein pouch

Yoghurt with oats, berries and rhubarb. Pear.
Pâté with sourdough crackers and gherkins. Salad. Dates.
Spaghetti Carbonara. Salad.

This is so bad. I've had a 'nutritional holiday' today.
All bran and dried fruit museli, with chopped banana.
Two homemade sugar free date and walnut scones.
Smoked salmon bagel with spinach and cottage cheese
Dark chocolate protein flapjack bar
Two mint club biscuits, 1/5 leftover ginger cake, squirty cream, few jumbo raisins.
3 cups of tea.

Breakfast was kefir yoghurt with fruit salad and 2 boiled eggs

Lunch was a sweet potato, a tablespoon of hummus, some shredded roast chicken and some cucumber.

Dinner was 5 slices of olive sourdough bread and salmon and veggie frittata

Lots of green tea and 2 coffees

Currently trying not to eat some jaffa cakes and crisps!

a large bowl of chiili con carne
and two tins of baked beans.

Copious amounts of seeded toast and real lurpak. A caramel wafer bar and then 3 pork and apple sausages with mash and peas. Not healthy but a day where I ate what I was craving

Beans and sausages from a can with homemade sourdough and Cornish cheddar

Went to my parents for mum’s roast beef - glorious.

Snacky bits whilst watching crap on tv - pork pie, piccalilli, cornichons, thin sliced gammon, more Cornish cheddar and more sourdough.

Excellent Sunday.

I ate on the move (in the car), as we travelling home from a weekend away. Hadn't had breakfast as staying in a hotel that didn't have a restaurant. At noon I ate (all from M and S):

About half a dozen piccolo tomatoes
Four slices of Jarlsberg cheese
A jumbo Scotch pancake spread with butter
A "super fruit, nut and seed" flapjack
A fat free rhubarb yoghurt
A pot of Berry Medley (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and red grapes)

All washed down with a bottle of orange and mango juice, and two of those small cans of chilled latte.

Haven't eaten anything else all day, I've felt stuffed and not remotely hungry. TBF there was probably a lot of calories in all that. 🤷‍♀️

Two egg omelette and then half a piece of DD's leftover French toast
A coffee with milk
Half a peanut butter and jam sandwich on white bread. A cup of tea.

I am feeling so hormonal and grumpy I would like to eat an entire chocolate cake for my lunch and a pot noodle. But instead I will make something vaguely healthy. Maybe carrots and hummus, and a cheese and ham quesadilla.

Dinner will be spaghetti Bol.

Two slices of white toast with Marmite. Black coffee and some Horlicks as a random morning drink combo.

A packet of prawn cocktail crisps and some of those fake go ahead apple and sultana biscuit things. Plenty more black coffee.

Lunch of brown rice, frozen mixed veg and a tin of mackerel mixed together. An apple.

Currently on my desk is another apple, some mini cheddars and a fruit bake bar thing that will likely all be eaten this afternoon.

Don't know what tea plans are yet.

Im eating two meals a day.
So far I've had stuffed mushrooms on a salad with seeds and chorizo.
I alternate this brunch with avocado on toast, smoked salmon, egg and tomatoes.
Tonight I'm having a chicken noodle dish with stir fry veg. On a diet so sticking to about 1400 cal a day. For a treat it's a creamy sweet coffee or a couple caramel rice cakes.

Today is my first day of having any sort of appetite after Norovirus and I am starving!

Breakfast: Two fried eggs on one slice of toast with beans and some bacon medallions
Lunch: 6 Leon chicken nuggets, waffle fries, lemonade
Snacks: Orange x 2, banana, three pints of water

Dinner is going to be home made falafel with halloumi, hummus in these lovely pitta wraps from the turkish supermarket.

Lunch was three satsumas and half a large bar of fruit & nut and two coffees

Greggs sausage roll for afternoon snack with another cup of tea

Dinner will be garlic roast chicken with broccoli, green beans and mashed chickpea's.

And about 8 glasses of water throughout the day.

Snack: a chocolate digestive, some Squares and a little Easter egg chocolate

Dinner: will be grilled seabass, salad and some crushed new potatoes

Lunch pad Thai with tofu and prawn
Snack pink iced jam donut
One latte, one bottle diet coke, one white coffee

No plans to eat again today but will prob have some squash to drink later.

Breakfast: hard boiled egg, small slice spelt sourdough with almond butter, an orange, decaf skimmed milk latte.
Lunch: salad with 1/2 avocado, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, apple, olive oil, ACV, lemon juice and 1 slice jarlsberg cheese.
Afternoon: redbush tea with skimmed milk, a few almonds, 3 squares 85% chocolate.
Dinner will be: a little wholewheat pasta with lots of fennel, courgette, carrots, olive oil, pesto, parmesan.

I’m trying to seriously get back into the swing of my pre wedding diet. Lost bulk of the weight and seem to have lost interest with 1.5months to go…

B - porridge with cinnamon, banana and blueberries
L - omelette (plain - can not STAND omelettes with any extra stuff in) some lentil crisps and grapes
D - chicken and salad goujon wrap
