Oh dear god. Jonathon Gullis appointed Deputy Chairman of the Conservatives.

Can they sink any lower with this? He is a neanderthal. They must be desperately scraping the barrel

But perhaps less neanderthal than LeeAnderthal?

Piggywaspushed · 26/03/2024 19:21

That's insane.

Roussette · 26/03/2024 19:23

Writing on social media this evening, Party chairman Richard Holden said: "Great to announce that the inimitable [Jonathan Gullis] is becoming one of our Conservatives Deputy Chairmen".

He added: "The non-stop campaigning MP for Stoke On Trent North, Kidsgrove and Talke is a formidable addition to the team as we build to the General Election later this year".

Inimitable? Is that the word for him???!

Piggywaspushed · 26/03/2024 19:24

And formidable.

dontcallmelen · 26/03/2024 19:24

Scrapping the fuckwittery fuckwit barrel now, Christ Gullis I have no words for him.

I think I must be deluded, drunk or hallucinating!

Nope. Identical levels of Neanderthalness. And fuckwittery.

The non-stop campaigning part grabbed my attention.

Is that supposed to be a good thing?

It rather suggests to me that Gullis is too stupid to realise that he has been elected as part of the governing party to represent his constituents. So should be supporting the government in governing, not campaigning. And supporting all his constituents whatever their needs might be.

What are the odds on them both being members of unReformed by the end of the year?

Farage has decided to boycott going to church because it's too woke

Nigel Farage reveals why he has stopped going to church: 'It is hopeless!' | Politics | News | Express.co.uk

"Mr Farage said: "I won't go to my local church, I won't go. I am christened and confirmed in the Church of England, all my family on both sides have been Church of England.
"I used to believe in it, I used to attend, not every Sunday but regularly during the year, I will not go. It is hopeless, they've given up, they've surrendered."

I wonder what he thinks of Jesus and his teachings?

Nigel Farage says he has stopped going to church: 'It is hopeless!'

The former Ukip leader blasted the Church of England and said he no longer attends services.

What's that story about the woke Good Samaritan?

dontcallmelen · 26/03/2024 19:48

More like Jesus has given up on him the ejjitt.

pointythings · 26/03/2024 19:54

I'm sure there's at least one prosperity gospel type church in the UK that would suit him nicely. Proper Christianity isn't for the likes of him.

What the fresh heck is this? The church have surrendered what?

I think I've been listening to too much Jon Ronson because I'm left wondering if the evangelicals are paying him to do this to win the Christians over to some different kind of Christianity.

NF does not strike me as the kind of man with a particularly Christian outlook on life.

AdamRyan · 26/03/2024 20:10

That article is hilarious. Church is too anti white? Too woke? 😂thanks for sharing.

cakeorwine · 26/03/2024 20:15

I would like to ask Farage why he is a Christian?
What is it about the teachings of Christ and God's message that appeals to him?

He spelt "imbecile" wrong.🙄

Roussette · 26/03/2024 20:50

I am wondering if Sunak has done this to stop him defecting to Reform?

IClaudine · 26/03/2024 20:50

Are they really serious with these videos? It is embarrassing.

I think you are reading it all wrong.
Farage has just had an enlightenment and realised that he isn't actually Christian at all.

Piggywaspushed · 26/03/2024 19:21

That's insane.

Isn't insanity doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Oh hang on.

And for the second time in two days the Tories have used footage of somewhere that isn’t the city they’re supposedly talking about

  • this time it’s generic city commuters ostensibly in Birmingham
