Have just seen news saying that associated press have withdrawn photo as it appears "manipulated". V strange

Their PR is literally a dumpster fire right now, wth ...they take a firm stance that she is off until Easter no photos etc, now literally a week or two later they backtrack and elease a manipulated image claiming its recent...🫣🤦‍♀️ it's like pouring fuel to a smoking fire

Like a lot of Mums who have suffered what you gave mentioned, I'm sure even being pictured in a wheelchair with the children would be preferable to this speculation and pictures being pulled.

This is all getting quite worrying. The speculation has been ridiculous and I feel sorry for the whole family dealing with that on top of whatever is going on health-wise...but at the same time, something seems not right here.

No, that's pretty common for kids clothes. Just to make it easier going over their heads. Have never seen two sets of buttons in this style.

I looked up similarly orientated pics. This one the nose looks wrong (possible head tilted slightly
upwards in the second pic) but her jawline and nose to mouth lines are pretty much spot on. As many others have said, she looks steroid swollen. But also, it’s a very zoomed in photo in a moving car.

Releasing the photo didn't exactly quell public concern for her did it?
It's really odd

Has noone ever taken a picture and thought ...it looks like you have 6 fingers...it looks like there is a horn coming out of your head? ..so obv as it is a personal picture they've probably edited it to some degree, makes sense. They know how every sodding thing they produce will be analysed to death (fingers going missing as a case in point)

I'm quite sure reuters and AP have produced the edited, mocked up, photocopied pictures of the Kardashaians without hesitation.

As for the media driven hype... it sell papers, and speculation on newspaper websites..The struggling media companies are trying to keep themselves afloat for another year so the more hype,...the more hits they get, the more advertising space they sell and so on and so on.

They won't be happy until she has to tell them everything and show her scars emotionally and physically= more revenue. Leave her alone, whatever is going on its obviously not a walk in the park.

but when you have professionals editing photos they dont usually make this many mistakes its almost like it was planned

That's sort of my point, if she needs to sit, why not just an indoor photo, or on a garden chair or something. It's a bit jarring - the set up of it.

AP news would not issue a kill notice for an image that had been slightly photoshopped. Read between the lines.

Surely the family is allowed to issue a photo to thank people for Mother's Day greetings. They can make it tweeked, a collage or a very doctored artistic picture. It is not an official portrait. The press are acting up.
There is also zero wrong with Louis'finger, jumper, nor Charlotte's tassle on her boot, nor the plant. Charlotte's cardigan shows Kate's cardigan sleeve behind it. There could have been tweeks to hair, a blacking out of Catherine's jeans or a cat may have been deleted but that is the family's prerogative.

Most phone cameras allow for minor changes.
