Kate's photo appears "manipulated"?

Have just seen news saying that associated press have withdrawn photo as it appears "manipulated". V strange

The image has been badly photoshopped. The most noticeable is the top of charlottes skirt nearest Kate is not lined up properly and charlottes arm as been slimmed down to insert Kates hand around her waist. Kates hand is also too big and comes too far round Charlotte to be realistic. Louie’s finger is just bent against a ledge not missing.

You have managed to create an incredible narrative from one very grainy photo, presumably taken with a long lens (and hence why perhaps she wasn't smiling and waving - the photographer is not stood with the camera pressed against the car window...). Absolutely nobody can tell whether she's happy, sad, sick, angry, bored, tired. Or whether he is happy, sad, checked out, not comforting her...

It is just the back of a woman's head as she looks out of the window for a second while her husband looks down at his phone. Not one person here knows what frame of mind either of them are in, or what emotions they're feeling as the photo is taken.

I'm reminded of when we were at school and had to pick a picture cut out of a magazine and then write a whole story based on this one picture.

I kinda hope for THER sakes there is a bloody good explanation for this shit show, because if this is an effort to have their cake and eat it (pretty much what Harry expected and wanted) private royal lives without working and no sense of respect for the public, and they are resorting to lies a d deception to achieve this - then I should think their days are numbered with the tax payers. I say that as a monarchist and a fan of Kate and Camilla especially.

I also think the press are seeing an end game that we as the public are not seeing. Refusing to be a party to these pictures does not suggest that all will blow over/ the Princess will return to full health and full public duties after Easter. It suggests that the press are setting their stall out now to defend their current stance in the months and years to come.

🙄why are women obsessed with married women without their wedding ring? Jeez, I used to take mine off all the time, can’t wash your hands properly with rings on. A genuine question because I'm interested, and against my better judgement very invested now!! 😁 But do you think the Royal Family would say she had serious abdominal surgery in January when she hadn't? I feel that's a "white lie" line that wouldn't be crossed if she just wanted to divorce. But interested to hear from those that think differently?

As for all the where is she?, what’s up with her? It’s private, I don’t feel the need to know the gory details. As long as she’s recovering that’ll do for me.

Because the last paparazzi shot of her face in a car everyone banged on about how ill she looked. Given the Mother's Day photo was edited I can imagine she doesn't look particularly well, and doesn't want to be photographed.

My theory - and before today I never posted on the royals - that the surgery is related to something brought on by the immense pressure (eating disorder?) and the palace is unsure whether she'd ever be able to resume her duties - hence the divorce rumours. This is about what being in the RF does to women, really

There was someone on Sky news an ex employee who missed the point totally when asked aren't all celeb photos photoshopped and he rattled on about how these news agencies do not photoshop..yes yes we get it but surely they circulate pics that have been?! What a storm in a teacup. Poor Kate.

Why wouldn't she travel in a car with blacked out windows then?

If they’ve separated why would they lie about a surgery? The palace knows it will all come out in the wash, not a good look to have been deceitful knowingly. Whereas a separation, whilst sad for the family, is not that unusual. To create entire cover story would be akin to watergate.

I am no royalist. But if the woman has had bowel surgery, why can’t she be given peace and quiet? Surely we can all leave them be. Why the fascination?

There is one single photo that's been published across the British media, it was planned.

Nobody trying to hide a breakup would be photographed without their wedding ring. I'm sure I'm not the only person who doesn't always wear mine, especially if I'm at home.

If the royal family want to continue they need to stop acting like celebrities and more like normal folk. Kate is never seen unless with full makeup etc. I think this is bad
