For the second evening in a row I've skipped dinner and gone straight for a no cook plate of toast, duck and orange pate and cucumber. It's fattening but so addictive. The salty sweet pate and crunchy cucumber is so moreish.

What are your addiction inducing meals or snacks (dare I say 'picky bits')?

Right now it’s Easter egg nests made with weetabix and chocolate. Yum

M&S Jaffa cakes. Don’t like the Mcvitie ones but these are gorgeous.

chineapplepunks · 06/03/2024 21:15

For me it's freeze dried sweets! I haven't actually eaten them as much as I would like because they're expensive!

Beandoodle · 06/03/2024 21:17

Anything potato 🥔 related, even a dry cold boiled one as long as it's got salt on! Xx

Spinatch. I've been eating spinatch salad everyday for over a year.

PermanentTemporary · 06/03/2024 21:25

Hummus. It's like crack for me. I don't know why I buy the bloody stuff.

Tbh the only way I ever lose weight is not having access to food. I'm genuinely tempted to get dp a lockable box for the fridge to keep his food in.

ranoutofquinoaandprosecco · 06/03/2024 21:27

I’m sadly on a diet at the moment but these are the things I’m dreaming about and saving for my cheat day on Saturday;

a mini egg rocky road recipe I saw on Instagram (dangerous)

McDonald’s chicken sandwich meal with apple pie

Cream cheese and salsa for dipping tortilla chips

Hot buttery crumpets with strawberry jam

(probably won’t eat ALL these things on Saturday. Maybe…)

Autienotnautie · 06/03/2024 21:35

Crisps any crisps. But especially chicken and thyme, chilli heatwave or smoky bacon
