Best buttery leggings

What do you recommend? These are just for lounging and nipping out and about for a walk with the kids. I am pretty active with 2 young boys, but don't need gym style/running leggings as I have plenty of those - these are more for comfort.

I have the lulu lemon align dupes from amazon and LOVE them, they are so comfy, but didn't last long - after a few months (and granted lots of washes) they are now pretty bally. Can't warrant spending the price on the actual lulu lemon ones, so what else do people recommend?

These, so soft I've got them in 4 different colours. Cheap as chips and best leggings ever

@Aviee do they wash/last well?

I've only had them about 6 weeks but I've worn and washed them lots. No bobbling etc and they're much cheaper than the ones I used to get.

SantaBarbaraMonica · 27/02/2024 13:13

I was coming on to say those Amazon ones! I've 4 pairs. So comfy and soft. Ive had 2 pairs for over a year and they look the same as the 2 extra pairs I got 2 weeks ago.

I notice the online advice is hand wash only - do you find that necessary?

ThreeRingCircus · 27/02/2024 13:34

I love the jogger style ones from Llama Leisure. They are really soft, not see through and wash well.

InTheRainOnATrain · 27/02/2024 13:38

I know you say you can’t justify the Lulus but in case you’d appreciate some persuasion I’ve had mine for 5 years, I wore them (the same pair!) at 9 months pregnant with DS and he was over 8lbs at birth, I’ve never read the washing instructions and just throw them in the dryer. And they are still like new.

Rosiiee · 27/02/2024 13:38

Just get the real Lulus. I’ve worn mine almost daily (maybe 6/7 days) since last May. That one pair. They dry so quick, last so well, look so good, so thick you can’t see panty lines…. They’re becoming a bit damaged where DS’s feet always rub against it when in the carrier but you can’t actually see the damage- I can just feel it. Do it!

I’m loving my m&s good move yoga leggings at the mo. Very soft and not too tight round tummy without having baggy knees

BIWI · 27/02/2024 13:48

I'm loving the product description of those leggings on Amazon!

These yoga pants would stand up to what your mind imagined is putting lightly.

I would love some almighty leggings.

I like the glow mode ones from shein. The black ones are starting to fade maybe 18 months on and I did need to 'de-bobble' the inside thighs. They have a phone pocket which I like.

doriangrey604726 · 27/02/2024 15:02

Another vote for the Glow Mode FeatherFit from Shein!

I second this! They are amazing and wash really well!

Do I have a filthy mind ?

Alloveragain3 · 27/02/2024 15:16

Damn it, I wasn't meant to be buying new clothes but succumbed to those Amazon ones in a lovely baby pink.

Hopefully they live up to the hype as I'm 4 months post partum and my jeans aren't happening yet!

twilightcafe · 27/02/2024 15:20

I was coming on to recommend the Amazon Sinophant leggings. Buttery soft and the waistband does not roll down - even when exercising.

lifebeginsaftercoffee · 27/02/2024 15:28

Another recommendation for Amazon Sinophant! I live in mine and they are SO comfy. They never bobble and can be machine washed on 30 and tumble dried too.

Porfirio · 27/02/2024 15:33

Oysho do sports ones as well as leisure ones.

I’ve got three pairs of the same leggings and they wash well in the machine 30c wash and I don’t tumble them. They are soft, comfy, stretchy but not baggy and a good length. One pair I’ve had for over year. Still look as good as the new ones.

NerdyBird · 27/02/2024 15:52

Looking at the amazon leggings - what size do people order if you're a UK 16 please?

AnotherDayAnotherDoller · 27/02/2024 15:53

M&S good Balance yoga legins. Super soft, last for ages, no bobbling and £25 :)
