Putting washing on the line in the sun

I apologise if this is a niche pleasure - but does anyone else get a huge pleasure from seeing big sheets on the washing line in the sun?

Maybe it's a childhood thing.

I'm loving all this steamy washing!
Mine didn't quite dry today, but I pegged out quite late so probably my fault. Gorgeous sunny day here, but no breeze.
I've got a new fabric conditioner to try out tomorrow. I'm quite excited 🤣

Two loads out today. We've got 45mph winds and bright sunshine, so I'm hoping for some speedy drying! 🤣

We've had strong winds but torrential rain so not washing out here today!

Mine’s out just now, VERY firmly pegged 🤣, blue sky at the front of the house and dark clouds at the back…I’m nothing if not an optimist 🤣

Mine's out, we've actually had decent drying weather for this time of year.

We have our towels out today. They've been out 6 hours, so I'm assuming they're thereabouts dry in this wind! 🤣

A lovely sunny and windy day today so 2 loads are out and the first one is almost dry. It really doesn’t take much to please me 🤣

It's grey today, but I've just put our third load out as it's dead breezy and dry. Getting as much done as possible before the week of monsoon season next week!

I just got a load of bedding dry and back on the bed today! It's sunny and blowy here in N Yorkshire, so I've put another load out as the forecast for tomorrow is dry and as long as the weather is dry it doesn't matter if it's a bit chilly.

Besides I've no tumble drier and it has to go SOMEWHERE...

Tried a load today but it ended up drizzling! School shirts mostly dry. Towels not so much but at least they smell line fresh!

I got the bedding 3/4 dry on Friday and have just put a load out today too as it’s dry with a light breeze. Even if it doesn’t dry fully it’s worth getting it started

Torrential rain here in the Midlands! Given out rain and possibly snow for the rest of the week!!

2 loads on the line this morning-first load was frozen when the second load went out 😂

Freeze drying is a totes legit method of getting stuff dry! 🤣 We've two loads out too, but also anticipate it freezing!

We've got very wet snow so no chance of any laundry freezing or drying here!!

Beautiful sunny winters day here. I've just put our duvet on the line to air and refresh. It's a wool one so needs airing every so often, far easier in the summer of course!

I washed and hung out my Christmas tablecloth and it got snowed on 😆

Put the duvet cover and pillow cases out today. Had to pop them in the dryer for twenty minutes when I brought them in but they were almost dry and smell lovely!!

One advantage of washing lots of costumes after a show is you can do colour matching. This was last summer, but I found it very satisfying.
