He doesn’t actually technically work for the team (as they made clear when he made his comments about Perez) so I don’t think he has that power.

plus the Thai big-boss is very pro-Horner. Whereas the Austrian big boss isn’t so Horner is basically in the middle of a power struggle (I don’t believe either boss actually cares about the female employee or his behaviour.)

I think the fact he’s got results over the years is why he’s kept his job so someone - like Marko - who wants him out is going down the route of humiliating Red Bull and forcing their hand publicly.

Tame yes, but not when it starts affecting the work opportunities she is getting as a result (she asks him why he has stopped putting her in the same hotels as him when they travel for work). And she may have consented initially but the messages make it clear she is no longer a willing participant. The abuse of power comes from him being her boss and her feeling unable to say no. No wonder she went to RB to complain.

@SerenityNowInsanityLater & his lovely pregnant partner had all that security until Girl Power Geri came along.

I don't think it's that tame, he's her boss and she clearly had no more interest in a romantic/sexual relationship with him but he wasn't taking no for an answer. It's really sleazy.
