It is sad to see her how she is now. All her videos on IG are pretty much the same thing, posing, dancing but in different clothes. I expect it is because of all she has been through but I do think she needs help

I think she looks either very unwell, or as though she has taken a lot of something, or both. I hate seeing her Instagram as I feel like I'm watching her decline and I worry that something will happen to her and we will all have just sat and watched it on Instagram.

I don’t think she does anymore and hasn’t done for a very long time the conservatoireship put a stop to that. Clearly she is very unwell so arguably there is a lot the public do not know. And quite frankly Britney’s view is not going to be the most realistic.

but she basically lives in a private nursing home. Her home, and she has a full time care manager.

She really does look a mess. She’s only 42 but she does look dead behind the eyes. A tragic waste, really, for her to be reduced to spending her time doing these bizarre videos when she was so lovely and had talent when she was younger.
