How to look as amazing as Pippa Middleton in a bikini?!?

Not a goady thread just genuinely want to know how to look as toned and in such good shape. Am the same age as Pippa. Just saw some photos of her on the DM (don’t judge) and she looks absolutely fantastic. Healthy but so fit. I would not look so good in a bikini. What do I need to do?!?

@KirstenBlest My DH would not have the time either to be an elite athlete. He also works full time and looks after the children and does housework. He does play sport.
The only people I know who have time to train at an elite level do not work full time or have a partner or paid staff to look after the children and do housework. Life is already busy for most parents.

She is working, so it's irrelevant. You don't really need special clothes as long as they don't chafe, other than a decent sports bra and proper shoes.

You can do Couch to 5K without spending lots of money, and you don't need a GPS watch or even a water bottle.

I did it wearing trainers I already had, a sports bra from the clearance section in TKMAX, an old pair of shorts and a regular cotton t-shirt. If it rained I wore a kagoule. The kag was sweaty, stinky and horrible, but so was I.

Took 4 weeks to go from completely unfit to jogging 4 miles.
I could have watched telly for an hour each day instead.

@KirstenBlest I don't think dragging 3 kids out with you would really be compatible with elite athlete level training, do you?

Hire a babysitter? That's not free, is it?

It's not irrelevant that she's working and can afford sports bras and running shoes or hypothetical babysitters if her DH wasn't around. That's the whole point.

@ItsAllAboutTheDosh , I meant she goes in the elite enclosure in marathons. She's not a professional or semi-pro.

I know others who are, and they tend to have been running all their lives. They tend to have a certain physique and they'd have been the kids winning the races at primary school when none of the kids trained.

@mypafology , of course, you're right. Unless you have a trust fund or a vast income it's completely impossible to do any exercise at all.

She's got a terrible figure! Not hip/waist ratio. She's just straight up and down like a bloke. I'd hate to look like that personally

I haven't said anything even remotely close to that.

I think this is harsh. She may not have the type of curvy figure that you personally favour but it's the one she was born with and it certainly looks to be in peak condition.

I can’t believe women attack other women like this, let’s have a look at you then. Show us all what you’re so proud to look like, that gives you the superiority to shred someone else.

This thread though is set up to judge how a woman looks. It should never have been posted. It is all about judging whether you think Pippa looks amazing in a bikini or not.
Do you really think men (at least straight ones) are discussing in forums whether a famous man looks good in swimming trunks?
There are much more interesting things to talk about than how a woman looks in a bikini.

She looks toned, fit and happy. Granted, it doesn't look like she lives on takeaways or spends hours on the settee but that is actually what a healthy woman should look like.

I would love to look like her. I am massively fat - truly revoltngly huge, not MN size 12 'enormous' - and don't even know where to begin. I think it must be wonderful to be so physically fit and look lovely in clothes. She seems happy too.

I genuinely set up this thread with good intentions. I think Pippa looks in great health and fit. I am really close in age to her and looking for tips as am struggling to get back into exercise after 2 dc.
it was not set up as a judgment on her type of figure, not at all.

What is the point of criticising a woman's shape- we are all born with different figures and no amount of exercise can change someone who has an athletic straight body like pipes into a curvy hourglass- it is horrible to say she is masculine, too boyish, too straight up and down etc.- what sort of woman are you if you are are the sort to pull apart the natural shape of another woman which they have no control over!

I'm agog that anyone thinks she has a great figure. She is very fit and lean but her figure is not at all covetable. Short legs. No curves. Sloping shoulders. I think she looks like a female version of her husband
