How is Mick Jagger so slim?

A bit random I know but theres a show on Sky now, or I might be watching it on catch up, a gig by the Stones, obviously some time ago, Charlie is still there and some mention is being made of Ronnie getting married

Ronnie is also really thin and Keith is slim

Is it all the activity, gigging, Jack Daniels?

Not even a slight paunch on them. Charlie too.

I saw them at Morecambe Winter Gardens, March 7th, 1964.. they are surprisingly short as well as skinny. No oil paintings any of them but Brian Jones was the best looking.
As you say, Winston Churchill did like a drink & lived till a ripe old age, as did the Queen Mother. And my dad 😂 another who was always skinny, liked a drink (or several)every night along with his constant pipe of tobacco. Healthy diet never crossed his radar, lived almost entirely on white bread & cheese sandwiches, sausage rolls, biscuits, sweets, home made chips cooked in lard, bacon & eggs. Must have affected his health….he was only 97 when he died.

He moves like Jagger! I saw them a couple of years ago and couldn't believe the amount of dancing.

My husband is very slim at 62. Always has been toned and athletic. He eats to appetite and very much in response to need. So if he is active he has a higher appetite and eats more. If he has some sedentary days his appetite is less and so he eats less. The idea of just eating to eat...because you fancy a nibble or whatever is alien to him. He enjoys food but he puts very little thought in to it. Eats for fuel rather than pleasure. Maybe Mick is the same.
