Some thin people eat loads and can't gain weight. They hate it. I have a good friend who was out on a weight gain programme of 4000 calories a day. She gained no weight.
Some overweight people eat very little.

It's about metabolism x calories in x activity calories.

I saw a clip of the Stones earlier this evening on a TV programme about the 1960s. DH was laughing about the way Mick J was dancing - but as I said to DH, 50 years on and he still dances like that on stage. I'm not really a Stones fan (imo they "lost it" when Brian Jones died) but Mick J is incredible.

It's funny that people think he has smoked, drunk and taken lots of drugs. In fact he has always been super controlled, very conscious of his diet and exercised a lot. I think the idea that he has over indulged aligns with his image as a rock god but in RL he's a disciplined businessman.

I think I saw an interview with Rod Stewart where he was saying that Keith thinks the Stones are all down to him but its down to Mick, they would have gone bust/split up/been failures if it hadnt been for Mick's discipline and business acumen

This is going to sound weird, I never fancied him or thought of him as attractive and I I always preferred the Beatles’ music. Then I saw him dancing very recently and I was like phwoar I get it now, I can see why he’s always been so popular and now I really like him and his music.

I remember reading that his regime was to only eat every other day. Either Mick Jagger or Steven Tyler anyway!

When I started paying attention and particularly seeing him in interviews, I totally got why he managed to seduce all these different women. He is very attractive in lots of ways.
