@pinkyredrose, I've been in before to complain, and they did do an announcement but apparently not anyone in the actual centre. People park in these spaces to walk into Birmingham city centre as parking is very expensive in Birmingham. The staff just say they patroll the car parks and would challenge anyone they see parking in disabled bays without blue card. It's a big car park with 1 security person. I just hate seeing the sad look come over his face when I tell him we have to go home. The disabled cricket is only on for 1 hour.
