How did you get your last bruise?

I have one on my finger from pulling a cloth out of the machine and hitting it on the inside of the drum of the tumble drier above. Fucking weird turn of events!

Also sporting a small one on my head from hitting my head on the bathroom sink when pulling my jeans up about 10 minutes later. No idea how tbh

Ran into a chain across a driveway in dim light. Put me on my arse. Bruised inside of my fingers and just below my elbow. Haven’t spotted any others. I knew the chain was there but just didn’t think when I sprinted back to the car to get something 😩

I had a bruise from taking blood once that was exactly the shape of Japan because she had to wiggle the needle under the skin

At work today, I decided to shake out our mat as it had dirt on it..
I took out side and bang it off a brick piller, as you do, and all the dirt came off .
Sadly on the last swing of the mat against it , my thumb caught in the middle.
Basically I punched a brick pillar at full steam, the first layer of skin grazed off the thumb knuckle ,but no blood. it swelled and bruised, but still can bend, sonot too bad all in all!

It was in early December, I was cutting some shrubbery back and poked my upper chest / shoulder on a thin branch. I hardly felt it, really.

Later, there was a bit of a red mark and in the morning, a bruise the diameter of a coffee mug.

Trying to get into the bath and the mat slipped. The leg that was still outside the bath bashed right off the side of the bath and I got a bruise on the inside of my knee.

Usually it's a mystery though, I bruise easily and I'm incredibly clumsy.

Ooh, I bet that was painful!

I have a constant bruise on each of my thighs from walking into our bed frame. We have only had the bed for 15 years, you would have thought I would learn by now

Hip replacement surgery 3 weeks ago

Bitten on the back of the hand by a small hormonal parrot. No reason for it, he just ran over and bit me.

I fell down the stairs because I overstepped. I was texting, it was stupid, lesson learned.

New one. Just got my fingers trapped in a sliding door at Tesco at the fridge section. My fingers went between the glass panes. Painful fingers now.

I used to regularly get a bruise on my thigh from walking into the corner of my desk at work - wfh means that doesn't happen anymore.

Last bruise was just before Christmas - I was pulling at something that unexpectedly came free and I hit the edge of a table with the back of my hand. It was sore for a few days.

Horse put her hoof down on my foot. Luckily didn't put her weight on it but the weight of her leg has bruised it enough!

Pulled a full freezer tray of sausage rolls (80) into my shin

Tripped over the hoover and landed on my knees. Lovely bruises in both.

Hitting my knee / shins on the tow bar of my own bloody car in the dark!
