Just that really! Looking for inspiration as we always eat the same thing and I’m so bored of it!

im always reading on here really interesting meals and wondered what everyone is eating on this miserable January day! (Miserable where I am anyway!)

OP posts:
MyBigFatGreekSalad · 04/01/2024 16:51

Teriyaki tofu bowls with sticky rice, edamame beans, grated carrot and mushrooms.

Westfacing · 04/01/2024 16:51

Shakshuka - already eaten as very hungry!

ilovepixie · 04/01/2024 16:52

We're having champ!

Sususudio · 04/01/2024 16:52

Oh @MyBigFatGreekSalad that sounds yummy. Must try tomorrow.

mydogisthebest · 04/01/2024 16:53

Nut roast, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, mashed parsnips, carrots, brussels, peas, tenderstem broccoli, bread sauce, yorkshire puddings

reddaisies · 04/01/2024 16:53

Fish fingers, chips and beans tonight!

mamaduckbone · 04/01/2024 16:53

Spag Bol. Not very exciting but I'm craving normal food. I'll make salad to go with it and lots of fresh Parmesan.

LenaLamont · 04/01/2024 16:55

Whatever I can find in the freezer - probably veg chilli or paneer curry and some dal.

The meat-eaters have a lasagne so I’ll rummage through the batch cooking for something I fancy.

ToddlerMumma · 04/01/2024 16:57

Sweet chilli chicken, rice, brocoli & green beans. Quick, easy and low calorie Wink

tokesqueen · 04/01/2024 16:57

Beef casserole, green beans, sweet potato mash and crusty bread.

Stargazer46 · 04/01/2024 16:58

Quesadillas although I now fancy several things from this thread more.

mrsbyers · 04/01/2024 17:00

Apparently husband is making Chinese chicken and cashew nuts - I’m leaving him to it

ArtMam · 04/01/2024 17:00

Slow cooked butter chicken curry and rice. I’ll do some sort of onion/tomato/cucumber salad on the side for veggies

Decafflatteplease · 04/01/2024 17:00

Love these threads! Always looking for new ideas!

We are having burgers, wedges and coleslaw tonight. We don't eat beef so they are chicken burgers and we have yellow sticker brioche buns yum yum!

Lampzade · 04/01/2024 17:01

Salmon , Broccoli/ carrots with coleslaw

MsPoppoff · 04/01/2024 17:02

Sausage, fennel and butter bean stew with a side of kale. Made with M&S Italian style sausages. So easy and very delicious.

topgirlalways · 04/01/2024 17:05

Ginger, orange and beef stir fry from pinch of nom. Rice for DP and spinach for me. Got custard left over so banana or mince pie with that.

dj14 · 04/01/2024 17:09

Heinz sausage and beans on toast with grated cheese on top. Probably my favourite meal lately

JennyGracexx · 04/01/2024 17:11

Fajita pasta for us

ranoutofquinoaandprosecco · 04/01/2024 17:12

Sausage, eggs, chips, beans and white bread and butter!

Titsywoo · 04/01/2024 17:13

I've got some 5 spice marinaded chicken thighs so I'm going to have them with sticky rice, edamame, grated carrot, babycorn and whatever green veg I can find in the fridge.

weegiemum · 04/01/2024 17:13

My dd1 who is back home temporarily (she's 23) is cooking tonight, some kind of pasta with ragu sauce. Smells fantastic anyway!
