I spent all day exhausted and dying for bed, come upstairs and found a new lease of life. I have the dog beside me, laptop here, netflix on, glass of wine on the go and I have to be up at 7.30 tomorrow.

Good advice, @Mirrormeback, although I have had issues with this cookbook before - blondies - you bake for 25 mins and the knife comes out covered in mix. You bake longer, you get a roof tile. I took one out once at the right time and at work it was raw in the middle.

So I shall have another go, being less cavalier about the ingredients and double checking the oven.
