I would like to make a complaint about this product called Menopause

When I was first informed that the product was a replacement for the frankly stupid Menstruation, I was quite excited and looked forward to it immensely.
I was not aware that I would have to accept installation of Perimenopause and all its accompanying attachments: weight gain, being hot ALL THE TIME, insomnia, increased sensitivity to allergens, brain fog, incredibly heavy periods.
My skin became very dry for 10 years. Then last year I apparently became a teenager again. I have had to change ALL of my makeup and skin products to accomodate this. While not expecting financial compensation, I am making a request in the strongest terms that these automatic updates cease.
I was not informed that giving up caffeine and alcohol would also be included in the package. Needless to say, I would not have accepted delivery had I known.
The actual cessation of Menstruation has been quite satisfactory, but I would like to suggest that the product needs a revamp - indeed, a complete overhaul to eliminate the extras. Some indication that the product is a long term installation and not a one off would also be a great improvement in product information.

You should have signed up for the Give No Fucks What Anyone Thinks About Me bolt on. It (nearly) makes it all worth it.

It can take a little while to activate, but it's definitely worth waiting for. Definitely worth taking out an HRT subscription. Among other things, it expedites GNF activation.

Have you sent your complaint to the CEO (probably a man)?

Definitely a man.😁

@ToriTheStoryteller I’ve found that either alcohol or WD40 help with most difficulties.

😂

I have Teenager 2006 and Husband v.1.
How well do they interface with Menopause Woman 2023? Or are they incompatible operating systems?

@ToriTheStoryteller I’ve found that either alcohol or WD40 help with most difficulties.

Neither are licensed for use with this hardware. Ethanol gives a temporary loosening and lubricant effect, but is known to be corrosive to cables and circuitry over time, as well as interfering with motor operations and certain finely tuned communications in the short term.

(WD40 should never be used on organic hardware).

There are several effective products that can be used, one or two of which have been previously mentioned: for full details, please contact your nearest qualified service engineer.

Husband v.1 often develops a defective dongle.

NewtonPulsifer · 29/11/2023 23:46

I appear to have been given a faulty perimenopause model. Suddenly I have no hair on my legs, it has migrated to my tummy and chin. When I can expect a patch to fix this?

LauderSyme · 29/11/2023 23:46

This is hilarious and I can relate all too well! Thanks all for the chuckles.

I’ve heard some men who have models with the issue you describe simply hit Delete and get a newer model.

Ah yes. There are many issues associated with the interface and connections with the XY model. Some XY models have severe problems with resource sharing and communications, and have been known to go rogue and shut down entire networks. Others are merely unreliable.

NewtonPulsifer · 29/11/2023 23:52

@LordBuckley I have heard tales of the Husband v.1 with a defective dongle.

I have a Husband v.1 He appears to have downloaded the snoring and rotten flatulance bolt ons. It has rendered our bathroom unusable after he has been in there cooking one of his signature bakes. Is there any hope?

I would also like to complain, the night mode in particular is making LED lights far too bright and driving in the dark has now becoming a headache and vertigo inducing glitch in the system

Ah. I have the premium package, with Astigmatism.

We ride! But not at dawn or dusk …..

Catsmere · 30/11/2023 00:49

Brilliant! 😂

Gowlett · 30/11/2023 01:07

Snoring & flatulentence in Husband v 1, result in Menopause Woman 2023 seeking separate bed. Which helps with avoiding the defective dongle issue. Meaning that tired, broken, Tena-protected vagina can take a break in service.

happyasaseagullstealingchips · 30/11/2023 01:14

As someone currently using Zoladex as an early release voucher approx 10 years early. I want to stick said voucher up DSs nose. Puberty and menopause is the two for one we could as all do without. You can almost see the hormones in the air (and smell them 😂)

learieonthewildmoor · 30/11/2023 04:15

Will use all of this information in my formal complaint.
To those confidently stating application of HRT is the solution, not when your doctor is bugged and keeps repeating “Contra-indicated”.

There are definitely problems with the timing of the installation, which has been carried out whilst my teenage DDs are going through their own menstruation installations AND at the same time my parents are having the 'old age' upgrade. Surely this is an error?

Unfortunately for me, HRT resulted in other annoying malfunctions whilst not actually resolving the initial upgrade issues I was experiencing. So HRT was not a solution for me and I am left needing a total reboot. I don't know how to do that so I've clicked 'remind me again later' for now.

Squirrelsnut · 30/11/2023 05:06

Absolutely brilliant (and spot on)!!

ImustLearn2Cook · 30/11/2023 05:23

Yes, I want a complete refund. Mine came with many of the above mentioned glitches and also seems to have malware that causes frequent rage responses and an inability to tolerate certain types of people.

MooseBeTimeForSnow · 30/11/2023 05:41

One of the HIP sockets on mine got worn out. Limped along for a couple of years but was eventually replaced with a cobalt-chrome version for much smoother running walking.

And the central processing unit is definitely built for comfort, not for speed. Seems to prefer regular insertion of hot buttered toast. Apricots cause it to malfunction and produce copious output errors.

prettycosmos · 30/11/2023 06:36

I would also like to question the timing of this product relase. It seems it is only availble at a certain point in the model xx lifespan. It also seems that the point at which this is delivered also coincides the managaing of teenagers (vs 2005- 2008, going through their own upgrade known as "puberty") and student dc (v2004, requiring signifcant financial outlay)) along with husband v1 being upgraded to the extra grumpy model and parents V1 being downgraded to the elderly, unwell and frail product version. This all also seems to hit at the time of peak career responsibility (said career having previously been somewhat delayed during the ealrier version of the model xx history known as "the reproductive years." )

Lampzade · 30/11/2023 06:40

Love this thread

MinnieMountain · 30/11/2023 07:41

I’d love to use these patch fixes that people have mentioned, but a bug installed breast cancer on my hardware before I tried the Menopause product.

The not giving a fuck about work add on is proving particularly tiresome at the moment.

Agrona · 30/11/2023 08:16

Thank you for this thread! Excellent.
