Just being nosey really, I just got a new job and I'm thrilled. I was going nowhere in life for a long time, was at a dead end in many respects, but I finally have a loving partner, my children are happy and I've just got a job at a bank Grin what is your job?

Accountant. My actual job title means very little to anyone who’s fortunate enough not to be an accountant.

Pastoral/ behaviour support worker in education and carer to my own disabled ds who is now legally an adult! (He's 19!)

He's also a swimmer (para) and so I volunteer at his club too.

Love my job. Love ds. Love volunteering.

But I'd love some more free time for me 🤷‍♀️

Term time only admin in a school. I started in a fairly lowly role but have managed to get promoted over the years and am now part of the senior team. Lovely colleagues and no day is the same.

I work in horticulture and specialise in the rose family, though don't get to do that the whole time. I love bringing roses and fruit trees back to their former glory. Spend a lot of time up ladders. PT now as over 60.

You'll find us on the threads about salaries all aghast at the people who earn loads of money 🤣

No money, lots of reward though
