Do we actually know who bombed the hospital in Gaza yet?

Rubbish. Why would Israel destroy a hospital in Gaza, knowing that it would cause outrage against them in the world's press? What do honesty think Israel would gain from it?

You have to ask, in whose interest is it to deliberately destroy the hospital?

Hamas of course. They have no regard for human life and know that it will look like Israel did it, and turn the public against Israel.

Can anyone explain - how did the IDF get a hold of those (disputed) recordings (in stereo) of Hamas phone calls and not realise the big raid was about to happen and have their security breached so badly that hundreds of Hamas operative were able to glide in?

The terrorist attacks were years in the planning and probably only a few much higher-level members knew about them, they'd have been incredibly careful about communication.

The intercepted phone call was probably between two footsoldier types.

We have no way of knowing at the moment but it's entirely possible it was neither Hamas nor Israel and was done by Iranian agents in order to scupper Biden's visit.

Depends what else was stored in the building or car park, it is well known that Hamas store munitions in civilian areas.

I think if Israel had bombed a carpark they would have just shrugged and said “yeah we did”. They have been pretty unapologetic about any bombings so far.

I also don’t believe the numbers Hamas give out, as soon as something happens theres a press release with body count. Even with just a small area bombed it often takes days to verify how many people have been killed.

I think it probably was a misfire from Islamic Jihad. Apparently quite a few hamas bombs have fallen in Gaza already.

I understand people saying IDF have form for lying. Does this mean that we have to believe everything Hamas say going forward?

More like the timing worked way to will for Hamas. The meetings with between other leaders was happening today. Now as meeting with Israel or Biden would cause a riot to overthrow leaders in Jordan or Egypt this has suddenly been cancelled. The hospital bombing doesn't benefit Israel at all but does benefit Hamas. It also benefits their narrative and the great flood plan that Irans money is paying for. We know Iran is willing to kill any number of their own people. History has showed us this.

Alternative either Israel or Hamas misfired a missile or something. I am waiting on the evidence of an early investigation before I condemn one of them for this.

Why would it be a little far fetched for a home made pipe missile to misfire and cause such damage? Are you some sort of munitions expert? It seems that you are at odds with the majority on this thread who are actually looking for evidence and weighing things up. You don't want to. It is evident that you have chosen a side and therefore establishing the truth is irrelevant. It's lazy but also dangerous. It's also disingenuous because you seem to care more about your own ego and proving yourself to be right, than establishing the truth, whatever that may be.

Unsure why would they want to destroy a hospital. However WHO has confirmed that the hospital had been requested to be evacuated with a few more. I take if they wanted to evacuate them that’s cuz they were a target

It is NOT Israeli military strategy to bomb hospitals.

It IS Hamas strategy to store munitions and terrorist infrastructure under schools, hospitals and residential buildings.

Israel actively warns civilians by text messages and leaflet drops before they strike Hamas infrastructure in residential areas.

There is no reason why Israel would choose to strike a hospital, they have had a degree of support from the West the past 12 days, and would be foolish to risk losing that.

@EasterIssland Were Israel wanting to evacuate the hospital (which I don't think anyone agrees with!) and then bomb it because it's where Hamas will hide out/store weapons etc?

They would do it and they did, and what support did they lose from the US and UK, none.
Which European country has condemned them, none.

They openly said they're were going to bomb in the hospital, they couldn't care less and never have about what people think because they have an advance military, nukes and US support, as proven by Biden today.
