Why is Rebecca Loos the villian still, she wasn't the one who was married!

I remember at the time how DB came out of it all smelling of roses and remember Loos said she has no choice but to tell her side of the truth. She's still the villian and he's still come out of it smelling sweet!!!

She is the villain. I remember the interview she did where she revealed a lot of sordid details with a huge grin on her face. She absolutely loved the attention and had absolutely no consideration for his wife and family, just lapped it all up and then tried to make a career on the back of it.

He didn't get away lightly either.

I'm sorry to say it, I am an abhorrent person, but if someone shags someone when they know that person is married, they're as big of a cunt as the married person.

They may not owe the married persons partner loyalty etc, but they're still 50% to blame for the shagging going on.

I suppose the punishment for RL is that whatever she does in life and wherever she goes, this story will follow her. I wouldn't be thrilled that my husband and kids could read all the sordid details of things I'd said to a newspaper, or the mums at the school gates.

It’s not what happened. It’s how she tried to use it to gain fame afterwards.

Affairs happen; who knows what actually went down. I don’t think anyone comes out smelling of roses and whilst he was married yes there is absolutely a moral and ethical black mark on anyone who pursues a physical relationship with someone they KNOW for a fact is married with children. It doesn’t matter whether they’re male or female; there’s a moral issue there.

So yeah, essentially she was a b to do that to another woman and completely crass to then use that association to get herself on reality TV and pitch her shot at fame. I would think exactly the same had it been a man and Victoria.

The second mistake she made was using it as an opportunity to turn herself into a reality tv star.

She should have just faded into obscurity but no, she really tried to capitalise on it.

I think the issue is that the Beckham's camp denied the affair to maintain the brand.
The posed ski photo shoot etc.

But yes both women were much maligned and blamed.

not only did she know he was married, as his PA she was very involved in their life so would have had some kind of relationship with Victoria, so that’s even shittier on her behalf

I watched that bit of of documentary carefully he was very careful to use language that didn't admit he'd done it but also he was very careful not to say she was lying or she was wrong!

How awful was the backlash when he got sent off against Argentina though, he was only 23 at the time. I didn't realise how long it went on or how awful it was.

I def think they had an affair but it's private for their family and they have obviously dealt with it how they felt best. I don't think he's ever called her a liar has he? Or denied it?

They are both disgusting. She knew he was married could’ve said no, he should’ve kept it in his trousers. It was both of them!

Ugh. That shoot was the cringiest thing I’ve ever seen. Totally ridiculous. My parents owned a paper shop and it was on the front of every tabloid for what felt like forever.
