Been done to death but I love these threads.

We're having pulled pork enchiladas tonight, what's everyone else having?

Jacket potato cheese and beans. Busy night of clubs so need low effort!

Sweet potato African stew with cous cous.

Feeling ill with COVID so soup and toast.

Beige type tea of a variety of frozen chicken bits (popcorn chicken southern fried strips etc) and chips with peas and sweet corn.

We were having chops, jacket potatoes, steamed cabbage and broccoli, but DH phoned and said he'd like fish and chips instead.

Chinese food.

I’m having beef with green peppers and black bean sauce and pork fried rice.

DP ordered so not sure what he’s having.

Pasta bolognaise.
Last night I was feeling very sorry for myself so we had fish fingers, potato stars and baked beans.

Chicken burger, mash potato and sweetcorn, all mixed together and covered in grated cheese and hot sauce

I haven't had potato stars in years, Ive just added them to the shopping list.

Anything potato / beige is always a winner.

I cover everything in grated cheese too, can't be without it!

Pork chop mid week roast, love me a roast potato

Linguine puttanesca with white pasta. I eat a lot of brown rice/grains but really fancy that silky white-pasta feeling today.
And I just bought new pasta bowls from a charity shop and want to give them a test run.

Lazy supper tonight but filling. Tomato and basil marinated salmon with fried gnocchi in tomato sauce and some salad.

Beef in red wine ... DH opened a bottle of red the other night & didn't like it so I decided to cook with it, served with new potatoes, spinach & peas. Unusually I've also made an apple crumble to follow as we were given lots of cooking apples.

Beef stew with dumplings, mashed potatoes and cabbage.

Carbonara and garlic bread

Free that doesn't sound lazy to me ... what do you eat for a 'non lazy' meal?

My lazy meals are cheese on toast or a sandwich .

Yes grated cheese is definitely my favourite condiment! But I usually add a sauce of some kind to everything as well.
My kids love their food beige and bland so I have to make mine more flavourful afterward if I want it to taste of much

Macaroni cheese.

Honey and mustard casserole made in the slow cooker using turkey thigh. Served with green beans and rice.

Spaghetti bolognese with linguini as no one likes spaghetti in our ouse. Garlic bread and tons of parmasan cheese.

@Freepublictransport oh wow your lazy dinner sounds lovely!! I have the children's friends over so it was a very lazy dinner of frozen pizzas!

I was thinking that! If I'm feeling lazy I boil some pasta and dollop pesto on it, dig something out of the freezer or get a takeaway...
